After dealing with OfficeMax/Depot for the last week about my lost online order with their terrible customer service team. I was irritated and annoyed at the lack of help and the fact they wouldnt refund my money as I had to wait 24 hours for it!?! So, I called FedEx with several questions and the lady was super helpful and even searched for what I needed to give me a rough quote. I picked up paper from Micheals and went there with my USB and within less than 24hours my wedding invites were printed and ready for pick up. Should have gone to them the first time around. My prints turned out great, customer service there in person and via phone were both great and helpful. I would definitely go to then first the next time.
I was almost ran of the road today by one of your drivers. I don’t think they are even aware of it or heard me honk because they had on headphones. I couldn’t even get their attention afterwards. Was unable to get the truck number, but have time and location.
After being turned away by multiple stores including a printing store (sir speedy) and the US post office... The gentlemen at this location helped me immensely by simply printing a label for me. Its a small thing for them to do, but after a few rough encounters to accomplish a seemingly small task, the folks at this FedEx store restored my faith in humanity! Thank you again, FedEx store folks! Youve been there for me before to help me print resumes and fax things in for a job search and you came through for me again today! Awesome place to get things done... Would recommend to anyone!
I visited this Kinkos location to print something and the staff were absolutely no help.
My mother passed away a few weeks ago, and after a fiasco regarding a typo and the template used for her funeral program, we had to get 75 programs printed, folded, stapled, and cut in about 24 hours. Jake spent nearly an hour with us on the phone even after closing time working with this template to create what I saw the next day was a breathtaking proof. While there, we were serviced by Wes who said no problem when we asked if we could change the page order of the programs before approving for print. Literally the same day, I had the box of programs in my hand at a great price. I cannot thank you both enough for your assistance in making sure we sent my mom off right.

A week ago it was a 5 today the guy who was attending us try to rip us, I anted some picture from the phone to get a paper print,he told us that is going to be $7.49 for each prin because the pictu is 72 x45 and he has to manualy shink the picture andlot of BS.I went last week and pY $1.62 for 2 prints,he was trying to get some commission not thay WAY

Went and had two items copied and was told they would be saved for a year if I needed future copies made. Went in today and somehow they disappeared into the system and were nowhere to be found. One was a document that was 50 years old and something I dont like taking out too often. To say the least, not happy. Good thing Im not a small business depending upon them!
Stopped in to quickly print off valentines for my kindergartner. Ive been here before and Im familiar with the workstations so I declined help from the representative. I was in a hurry and I quickly printed the sheets I needed. I didnt print preview so when it came out of the printer it had the web page information all over it. I had already paid for the pages, and the rep noticed my frustration in my own fault in not stopping to notice any flaws before accepting the charges. He then had me email him the file from my phone and printed them correctly from his station free of charge! Unexpected and extremely appreciated! Thanks Fedex!
I went to this location to get a print job done. The young lady that waited on me was one of the best employees I have dealt with. She was courteous, well trained, professional, and all in a great employee for FedEx.
As a Graphic Design student with last minute projects to print, Ive had nothing but great experiences with them! They squeeze my stuff in, match my quality of paper, and my designs always turn out high quality color. They are extremely helpful as well!
Went here to see if my package had arrived at this location. Then I was told that I had to come to the one that was a little further down the road. I come to the place and it is closed. Probably should have their associates actually tell their customers that it is closed on saturdays. What a joke.

I sold an item online to a new customer.With packaging, insurance, shipping, and the value of the item = $335.I took this lamp to FedEx considering they are more professional than me at packaging items like these...Not to mention, they already have the shipping materials.The lamp shade was very large and made of fiberglass. The base was chalkware.. Each piece being antique. Kenny the manager handled this item for me, but decided to shove everything in one box instead of making sure that the items would not be crushed during packaging or shipment.Of course, the day that my item was delivered to my customer, I received photos of the lamp shade crushed, which is the most valuable piece. The box was not damaged during shipment, it was crushed during the packaging.I am fighting to get my full money refunded. I understand that most of insurance I paid was through Etsy, which only refunds up to $200. I am fine with that. Paying FedEx to professionally package an item give FedEx customers up to another $100 in insurance, I thought I would be reimbursed. I email the remained of my claim to FedEx, filled out all of the supporting documents, etc. I received back an email that simply said, Please contact Etsy regarding this claim. That was it.Not only am I out a decent time and cash, what is most bothersome about all of this is how rushed I felt at this location when I asked to have my items packed. Kenny was running back and forth with customers with a stressed vibe to him. Then shortly after he left for the day. I felt like I was an inconvenience coming into this store to pay for services.Would I go back to this location again? Never.

Services are great, consistent as expected. Connecting to the Internet is s little frustrating, having to get to the screen in order to accept terms, but I got there eventually.
These people are amazing to work with!!!!! They always hustle and help me out if I need something last minute.
Every time I go to this location they try to tell me I need to buy a different box or add additional bubble wrap and of course they upcharge for it.

Terribly overpriced! Wanted to charge me $230 to get 20 pieces of paper copied that were 36 x 24 in size. Get items printed from Green Bay Blue or the UPS store for a quarter of the price. I shopped around and Fed Ex is not worth it!
