I’ve called this place multiple times and left many messages with no returned phone calls. The one receptionist I talked to told me how Catalpa was known for that but come to find out Sherman is not much better. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Sherman Counseling refused to give us their cash price for counseling services when our insurance company would not pay their claim. They stated they would only charge it going forward. This for a counselor who suggested weekly date nights as a means of a relationship fix. I could have read that in Cosmo for free. Very disappointed in their willingness to work with people during the pandemic.

I’m so thankful for the wonderful staff at Sherman Counseling of Green Bay and Appleton. If you are looking for a place to heal and find peace within Sherman Counseling is the place to go.😃
