I am very detail oriented. Finding a Radon company to work with took me a little bit of time. I had a lot of questions and Adam was there to answer all of them. We did a radon test ourselves and the levels came back a little bit high. A-1 offered to come out and retest our home at no charge. I thought that was a very nice service they provide. We spoke with a few other companies, and A1 informed us that they were national brands and didn’t have local offices like their site said they did. We found out A-1 was the only Radon company locally with a store front. They fixed our radon problem and now the levels are below 1. They also offered us a free test every two years to ensure the system is working properly. Would recommend this company to anyone. I’ve done the work for you. They are the best!

Adam is responsive, helpful and they do good quality work! The process taught us many things we didnt know and Adam took the time to educate us on historical information and things they are doing presently to help with radon issues.Get your radon levels checked every 2 years!!

A-1 is the best. I tested my personal home myself. Results came back a little high. I called A-1 about doing a second test to confirm the radon results were high. I was expecting to pay for the test and they did it for free. They ended up installing my radon system for me through my garage attic space. I don’t even know that it’s there. Appreciate the great customer service!

Avoid dealing with A-1! We had a radon system installed and their shoddy workmanship failed where the sump connected to our old plumbing they reused. This ended up causing massive flood damage and a costly insurance claim. They refused to take responsibility, dodged all communication for months, and are poorly mismanaged.** Note to other readers **A-1 is padding their reviews with fake accounts and creating multiple business names to avoid bad reviews. All these reviewers have only given 5 star reviews of A-1 pages and are obviously not legit reviews. They are shady and untrustworthy.After I called them out for this on my original review, they made others and doctored them a bit to seem legit. They all still have less than a handful of reviews at the same time the accounts were created. They even made one of my name to give positive reviews on all their new business accounts. See for yourself. Is this pettiness what you want from a business?My original review has almost 500 views. I hope this ordeal was worth it for you. By the way, I work in trade and consumer protection and will be pursuing oversight on this sort of behavior at the state level.Dont believe anything they say.

Called a-1 about testing our house for radon, Adam was here within 2 hours and had set up for testing in 5 minutes ran the test for required 48 hours no problems he was back here in a hour said too check it again in 2 years no charge! Adam was great to work with, I would recommend A-1 to anyone.Thank you Adam.

Highly recommend this company! Saw A-1 add on tv for a free radon radon test. Called them on a Friday and they set up my test for me Tuesday the next week. Results did come back higher than I expected. We lived in the house for over 8 years and never would’ve thought we had a radon problem. Adam took his time to explain everything to us and made us feel very comfortable with hiring his company. After the system was installed a radon level is at 0.6.

A-1 did a free radon test at our home and at our kids home. They were great to work with. Our house tested fine and our kids house tested above 10. They were able to install a radon system at there house within a week and the levels are now below 1. Very grateful to them for helping lower there levels. Cost was $100 less than a competitor.

This company is so easy to work with. I called and spoke with Adam about a free radon test. Yes thats right, Free! Home inspector wanted to charge us $125 for the test. My realtor referred us to A-1 and Adam, he had the test set for us the next day. Radon levels was 5.9. Cost for the system was very reasonable and we had the system put in within a week because of a quick close. Will recommend these guys to everyone.

Great service! A-1, free radon test and most reasonably priced company in the area. Adam was wonderful to work with from the very start. Answered all our questions and after he installed the radon system levels are below 1.0! Highly recommend them to anyone.

These guys did a real nice job -- very responsive, super quick (work was done in under 2 hours), and their craftsmanship seems to be excellent. Appear to be focused on their customer service, cleaned up after themselves with really no indication they were ever there. Radon levels were above 9.2. After the re-test was complete 0.7. These guys are great. HIghly recommend! Mitch and David explained everything to me. We found a great place to vent the system through the garage and out the roof. They re testes our home, and now the levels are below 1.0pci/l.
