I am from out of state and I had a bad tire. I had previously purchased my set of tires from my local Toyota dealer which came with road hazard insurance. Le Mieux was able to get me in on short notice without an appointment, determined the tire was not reparable and ordered a new one covered by insurance. I had to come back to have the new tire installed at my convenience but they had kept the rim and had the new tire mounted and balanced making the return trip also very short (except for the drive because where I was staying was an hour away). Excellent and friendly customer service.

Very disappointing customer experience. My 2020 Rav4 had to be towed to the dealership due to failure of the electronic power steering assist. I had to contact the dealership several times for status as I was without the car for 3 days. My sales rep was the only person who showed any concern for the situation and ended up being my point of contact for info. I was thankful for that.
We tried to change the battery on my Toyota Camry by ourselves and were charged elsewhere $200 for the wrong battery. We decided to bring it to Toyota after this and had amazing service! I was able to drop it off overnight. Had a call by 10am the next day and it was ready by 2pm that day! This experience was fast and CHEAPER than what we originally tried to do. Thank you Toyota! The drop off overnight service really eases my anxiety if anything else were to happen to my car. Thanks again!!
Brought my Sienna van to Le Mieux, as usual, for an oil change and possible tire rotation.The guys were so friendly when I drove into the service drop off area and really listened to me.Turns out the tires don’t need rotating yet. I really appreciate the fact that they don’t do unnecessary work to run up the bill. I trust LeMieux for keeping my Toyota in top condition.The women at the checkout desk were very friendly, as well.And thanks for the comfy chair, the coffee and the water!
This is one of the best Toyota dealerships I have been in. It is new and spacious. Every employee seems schooled in positive customer relations. Everyone who walks by you smiles and greets you pleasantly. They were able to work my car in promptly for a tire issue.

Good people. Service was friendly and timely. Problem was that at the beginning I was told that I had no appointment and that I would have to come back on another day. But I had made the appointment almost three weeks prior to coming in and I came in at the time they had originally given me. After some discussion the service department employee let me leave my car for its required service.

The service to the car is first rate. Waiting for the work to be done with internet access, free coffee and water, an area of classic vehicles to stroll in, and comfortable seating made the time go quickly. FOX News was on and Im not a fan, but the sound was off so not a problem for me. I saw one person with a mask, but I didnt think to wear one myself as we are just starting to go back to an advisory of masking indoors. Hopefully that ends soon!

Been a customer of Le Mieux for over 20 years, and this was my third used truck purchased. I have always had superlative service at this dealership. They went above and beyond, for me many times. When my wife was in treatment for brain cancer, they made sure my vehicles were up to commuting back and forth to Milwaukee, and gave me the vehicle I needed, good on gas, when my truck was in for a new frame.It was very fortunate that when I needed this latest truck, in these weird times, you had the exact model I was looking for at a price we could afford.Our sales person Dimitri was great. The service department completed the repairs quickly. They recommended a couple things, but they were not pushy at all. I do most minor maintenance myself, and they were able to give me a little extra information to make my job easier. Great experience overall!
I did not purchase my ‘15 Corolla from LeMieux but that hasn’t stopped them from taking excellent care of it every time I use them for service (at least 4 times now). Even when I misread my appointment date and dropped it off three weeks early they got it in and done without any fuss. They always ask if I have any questions about the service report and provide a copy for my own records. Customer service is clearly a priority at LeMieux and as long as that remains true they will have me as a customer for life.
I love Le Mieux & Son’s! I have bought a couple of cars from them and I always get my maintenance done there! I never have any problems with them. They are easy to schedule and great communicators. Thank you Le Mieux!
Nice sales people, I worked with Adam and he helped me even when he knew he wasnt going to sell me a car that day or even that month. I went back when i was ready to buy and the process was fairly quick and painless. I paid a bit more for the vehicle then I wanted which is why I only gave 4 stars. However, I believe that was mainly because cars are selling so quickly everywhere they didnt need to be as flexible as they normally would be.
This has to be the absolute cleanest service shop Ive ever seen! I am on the road traveling across the country and they got me in right away for an oil change and some other required maintenance items. Very efficient! This dealership is highly recommend by me.

They started on schedule and completed in the time frame they predictedHowever Sales may have missed a opportunity as my wife was very much interested in looking at a new highlander. Brought my $90000 2018 Toyota Landcruiser for second oil change. The mechanic fill up my engine with new oil slim the hood and park my truck outside. Never restart the engine and check for leaks and oil level. I will never go there again. I told that to service manager and he never admit wrong.
Needed an oil change before leaving town for an emergency family situation...Went to the dealer web site (which I do not like) and only time available was 10days out.Totally unacceptable!!!!!Called the dealership and they were able to get me in the same day......waited a bit longer than normal, but considering my situation, that was acceptable....Thanks LeMeiux Toyota for working things out.....most appreciative..Jim P

Easy to schedule and quick service. I just wish the guys at the desks in the garage when you pull in would actually acknowledge that you’re there. I’ve been bringing my car here for 8 years and it’s always the same thing, which my husband confirms too— it’s almost as though they try to avoid eye contact, hoping someone else will have to help the next customer. Nobody bothers to look up or pause their conversation to even say as much as, “hello, I’ll be with you in a minute.” The person who takes your keys doesn’t tell you which desk to go to so you just wind up standing there awkwardly for several minutes until someone seemingly reluctantly loses the game of chicken. If the guys at the desks can’t get up someone else needs to give the customer some direction.

Le Mieux’s system of checking in clients and their vehicles for servicing is very efficient & personable. The work to be done was confirmed. My time was considered. I was asked if I needed a ride somewhere while I waited. The waiting area is spacious and comfortable. The service rep came out to the waiting area to summarize the work done, and to help me on my way. I am very impressed with the kind and genuine manner of Toyota’s workers - and have been for many years.

My husband and I leased a brand new 2020 Toyota Tundra beginning last June. After 10 months and 12,300 miles on the vehicle, we noticed that all four tires were severely cracked and looked as though they had been used in much greater excess than the 12,000 or so miles that the vehicle had been driven. We brought the truck to Le Mieux where they inspected the tires. We were told that this was normal and that the vehicle was safe to use. We were also told that we could go look out on their lot and we would notice that the tires on their new Tundras all look like this. We proceeded to look through the lot, only to discover they did not have any Tundras in stock. Which they knew. So, they basically sent us on a wild goose chase. We were told that they would not and could not escalate this issue any further for us. Don, the parts and service manager, told us that he would be laughed at if he tried to do anything to fix this because this is normal. He then stated that he didnt have to listen to us complain and simply walked away from us.We took it upon ourselves to contact Bridgestone, the manufacturer of the tires. We brought the truck to a Bridgestone retail location in Green Bay where they inspected the tires. They told us that the tires were not normal or in proper condition given the amount of miles on them. They then offered to replace the tires, but we still needed to pay out of pocket for the amount of tread on the tires that we had used. We were given a credit of $140 off per tire from Bridgestone. Although I am extremely pleased and relieved that our vehicle now has safe tires, I am also extremely irritated that Le Mieux Toyota refused to offer us any assistance or advice. I am also not happy about spending money out of my own pocket on a vehicle that we have had for less than a year, especially when we had to do all of the research and legwork on our own.Prior to this, we had purchased two other vehicles from Le Mieux besides this truck. This will be our absolute final purchase with Le Mieux, which is very unfortunate because we had always felt that Toyota was a very reputable brand with quality products.
We pretty much told a couple of people what we thought. It was quick, but, it is all about how you make the customer feel. We had our 5000 and 10000 check somewhere else. They were attentive, they walked us to their waiting area, which had pastries, bagels, coffee, lots of tables and 4 TVs. When our car was done, they washed it, and then the person that took care of us to begin with, walked us to our car with all the paper work, told us exactly what they all did and fixed the dashboard. By that, I mean, when we turned the car on, and it didn’t have all these symbols on it. We had to ask someone to please clear our dashboard. In fact, we were told our car was outside. We couldn’t see it, because it was behind a truck. Again, the other place walked us to our car with our paper work. You have a long way to go when it comes to customer service, and making a customer feel valued.
Always professional, knowledgeable and prompt. Appreciate the extra effort in fixing an issue and not trying to sell something unnecessary.

If youre concerned about COVID and prefer to be in places where people still wear masks, stay away. My service advisor during drop off wore a mask (thanks Bill, much appreciated!), but when I returned later in the day to pick up my vehicle, there were hardly any masks in sight. A couple of employees were wearing them on their necks, one put hers on when I approached, and most others didnt even bother pretending.Pandemic aside, Im usually pleased with the service here. Usually my car is serviced or repaired as requested and by the promised time, with an accurate estimate provided. I dont feel as though I receive over the top service recommendations as some other places provide. A couple of times Ive come away with something not assembled quite right - missing bumper clip, plastic bits slipping out of place - but they sort it out without issue. Im always offered a ride if Im not waiting. Usually any required parts for the repair are on hand and its done the same day. The waiting area is comfortable with a variety of seating, a nice childrens play area, and a TV.
New to the area and needed my Highlander scheduled maintenance. Website made it easy to schedule around my work, received a warm greeting when I dropped it off, and the work was done quickly for less than I expected. Nice work, LeMieux Toyota Service!

I wasn’t originally looking to buy on my first visit, but the overall customer service was fantastic! I worked with Dimitri and he was very kind and patient throughout the whole day, especially when I wanted to test drive a few times to make sure it was the right fit. He found me a vehicle to fit my needs/wants, and I did not feel pressured or forced into buying. Overall it was great, and I’m loving my new SUV!
I wish your service people would mask when a customer who’s masked approaches. It would make it seem u actually care. I am very immune compromised so I approached double masked. Or post a sign at the checkin station that they’re vaccinated. Your greeter who puts the floor paper down had a mask under his chin. Trying to maneuver in this some vaxxed some not vaxxed world gets harder and harder with mask mandates removed.The auto work itself was fine.

I’ve come into Le Mieux several times within the last handful of months as my current vehicle was getting older and I knew it would need to be replaced within the next year. I test drove several different vehicles on the lot and was surprised by how willing Caleb was to help me, even though I made it clear there was not going to be a sale made that day. Caleb still spent ample time with me, sitting in the car with me to show me that the car had the features I wanted, and answering any questions I had each time that I came in.Within the last few days, I decided that I needed to get into a newer vehicle, and chose one from the online used inventory that had all of the features I wanted. I wanted to specifically test drive that one vehicle and Caleb was able to get me into the vehicle that night, right before the dealership closed, even while he was busy with other customers - that man can definitely multitask! Caleb told me that he would run some numbers in the morning, and call me once he had the details straightened out.I was incredibly intimidated just thinking about buying a car, and Caleb broke it down and did all of the behind the scenes work, including texting me throughout the entire process while I was going to the bank to finalize my auto loan, to making sure that he was able to get me into the vehicle I wanted, all before close of business. He even went out of his way to get a quote to add remote start to the vehicle since he knew how much I wanted that feature. Caleb truly makes each and every customer feel heard and valued.I’ve heard too many horror stories to count about pushy salespeople, especially with young women like myself, who aren’t well-educated about cars, but at no point was Caleb pushy or made me feel pressured. As a salesperson, Caleb is one of a kind. Le Mieux definitely has my business in the future, especially if Caleb is the one guiding me through the process!

Generally good service, but my wife brought our Rav 4 in and said it had a leak in the tire that she tried to fill and it kept leaking and their response was to put air in and tell her she could go. She had to explain the issue again before someone examined the tire and found a nail sticking out of it.Seems like they need a little more faith in what the customer tells them as opposed to doubting the customers ability to identify a leaking tire issue.
I bought a used car 3 weeks ago from le mieux and went to put the car in reverse and nothing then I tried drive and nothing. Granted this is a Porsche that they had on the lot, I found it odd for a Toyota dealer to be selling a Porsche but the car was beautiful. So I called my salesman Brent and I could not have gotten better service anywhere, he called me back several times to keep me informed on what was going on, and took care of stuff to get my vehicle into a Porsche dealer to get looked at. So Brent thank you for all your help and making things easy for me.

Had a recall on airbags and brought my car in. June 4,2021 Everything looked good till I needed a cigarette. No where was it found. 100% someone took it. I always leave a pack in my car in a blue sealed container so Im sure I didnt take it out. Watch your stuff when fixing your car.
Appointment was a recall replacement on a water pump for my Camry. They got me in and out in an hour! Kinda curious if it would have been THAT quick on my dime, but still happy it was done so quickly.Only one employee in the service area was unmasked, same guy as last week when I had the oil changed, but I wouldnt go near him anyway.
Everything went as expected … good service for a reasonable price.
Took the time to show me the cause of my issues. Gave me options to correct them on my schedule. Very good customer service.

I purchased my 2002 Toyota Camry from Le Mieux - 19 years and 147k later I am living in Seattle. I was in Green Bay visiting my family - my big dog and I made the journey in the car. I had tire and battery issues, stuff that seemed pretty understandable given the age and mileage on the car and the trip itself. I was able to get to Green Bay but I knew I would need some assistance getting back. Le Mieux was great about getting me an appt in the short window I was here, good about responding to my questions and documenting my concerns, as well as thoroughly addressing them. I didn’t have an issue with charges or speed. I did feel, however, that they mostly just did what I asked and didn’t go beyond that. I told them that I had just traveled 2000 miles in 2 days, and asked them to check out a noise. They looked at the tires, and could not find an issue with them. They recommended I just go back with them, couldn’t find any issues with the tires. I mentioned traveling back to Seattle, and my concerns about the tires, and asked them to replace the tires I had major issues with ( driving solo with a big dog and a full trunk on top of the spare made me nervous). They did this, with not much notice and very efficiently,and my tires are doing fine so far. They also replaced my battery and fixed my front brakes, which were not in dire condition but getting close. Battery and brakes are great too! But about 6 hours into my trip back, the morning after I left Le Mieux, my check engine light came on. I stopped and checked the oil, noting that( according to the sticker on the inside of my windshield) mileage wise my car was due for an oil change by about the miles I had put on since leaving GB. There was almost no oil. I put in a quart, checked it again in another 400 miles. It was better but still low - I added another quart. Spent the rest of my trip home seeing the check engine light go on, adding oil... I have another 15 hours and 800 miles to go and I’m not excited that I spent a fair amount of money at Le Mieux and they didn’t notice the oil situation or even ask me if I had checked it. I was also very low on wiper fluid. Obviously it is my responsibility to ask to have the fluids checked, but remember I had driven about 2000 miles in 3 days in a car that needed serious attention twice. I was exhausted and I don’t have a mechanic I know here. The car is old enough that the records for it aren’t here, but it is a Le Mieux car that I have taken really good care of and is in great shape considering it’s age and mileage. I just really wish the oil issue had been brought up and addressed. The next time I am in Green Bay, I may consider Le Mieux, but I will remember that they were not thorough or proactive enough for me.
Our salesman, Preston was spectacular!! We have been looking for a vehicle for well over 2 months and it was getting rather exhausting. We had recently narrowed it down to three (from 3 separate dealerships). The customer service we received at Le Mieux was above & beyond. Preston was definitely the deciding factor in our final decision...and the fact that I absolutely fell in love with the green metallic suv. On a hot, slow Tuesday morning my wife and I hade to come inside and approach the desk to ask for a sales rep to come help us look at vehicles. Not much of a selection (due to world events) but once with a sales rep, he was pretty decent.
Needed 20,000 mile workup. Booked six weeks out, but got me in and done so we were ready for our trip to the east coast this Friday. Thanks guys!

My experience at this location has been terrible. The first time I went here they wouldn’t give me the time of day. I just bought a car from here a month ago, 3 weeks after buying a brand new Camry, I had a job change and needed to trade that car in for an SUV, they told me the car was worth 5 to 7k less than when I bought it. They were not willing to work with me at all. I find everyone at this location to be arrogant and not interested in helping a customer. It’s just about the money. I even asked for the military discount and they managed to make sure I didn’t receive that. I recommend you go elsewhere to buy a Toyota. Love Toyotas, but I will go elsewhere to buy another one.

Very good customer service and they gave me a discount for being active duty military. I definitely recommend going here for anything Toyota.
