This business closes at 5:30pm. I arrived for a full service wash at 5:07pm. Waited a couple minutes for someone to come and meet me outside. An employee finally approached and asked me if Ive ever been there before. He then tells me that my tires wont fit on their track. I have a basic GMC Sierra 1500 with STOCK tires. I ended up at the west side location and two employees there told me that my tires will fit fine at the east side! Sorry PDQ but with service like this, you just lost a family faithful customers.

Got the manger special for around $35So worth it. They cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I paid an extra $1 per rubber mat to get cleaned and so happy I did, like brand new. Definitely going back to get this done.

At first glance my interior looked nice but on closer inspection the floor of my car didnt look vaccumed where the floor mats didnt cover.

First time to a PDQ... Will not be going back again. Got the full service wash, it was anything but, front of my was still dirty, as well as half my dash... my 13 yr old finished the job for way less money

Its ok. Free vacuums but personally feel it is way overpriced for a brushless wash. I left with dirt still on since I needed a wash with brush for the caked on grit.

Went there with a company vehicle and the outside was clean as usual however the inside was still dirty and it smelled like a dog and ive never had a dog in that truck so i called and the manager was extremly apologetic and friendly and offered to clean it personally however the damage was already done unfortunately because my company has a policy of returning Vehicles clean and I didnt because of that so I got in trouble and the manager of my company took the vehicle and had it cleaned again so I got charged anyways so basically I got charged twice and never got any kind of reimbursement or anything like that I was not happy to say the least

Not a bad experience overall, but there is little attention given to detailing due to their business model. Their business model is to get as many cars through the wash as quickly as possible.1. Not all PDQ Car Washes are full service. Maybe I missed the notice, but I was looking for full service, went to one that was only express wash. Could be more clearly noted. Ended up washing my car twice (once in express wash and once again at the other full service location). Naturally, this caused me more $$$.2. My car got cleaned going through the touchless car wash but it was like any old gas station car wash. Nothing too special. Some neon lights add to the splish splash, bit the wash is over pretty quickly.3. When it came to the full service detailing this is where the attention to detail took a dive. Its hard for the washers to really detail and clean the inside when there are cars constantly cycling through the car wash. They try to clean cars quickly, but they sacrifice the detail in detailing to accommodate more and more cars. They essentially just wipe everything down with used rags to get the major dirt away. This will leave smaller crump particles and streaks behind.4. I came home and vacuumed up the missed dirt on the floor and chair. I also wiped and cleaned some of the areas they missed.5. Staff is friendly enough though.6. The business needs to hire more washers or create more space so that cars can get properly detailed and cleaned.Probably good for an express wash, if that. Shell opposite Festival in Bellevue has a decent car wash I think.

Just paid 29.50 for basically a wash. I was the ONLY person there and they still did a horrible job vacuuming. The windows were done so poorly I had to re wash all my windows to get all the towel marks and streaks they left. I definitely wont be back to this location! Poor service!

Better car wash at Fleet Farm for nearly half the price. I stopped here quick on my lunch to get a quick exterior wash on my car after all the rain weve been having. I paid for the ultimate wash, pulled up and they were quite busy for 11am. After waiting in line for a few minutes and being told its back up I finally get in the car wash.. I was in and out in what felt like two minutes.After rolling out of the car wash my car was still dripping wet so I asked one of the employees if they dry the car at all and she told me exterior washes dont get touched at all. Thats fine, some water is something I can quickly dry off with a microfiber towel when I get back to work. Only to get back and see my car isnt even clean!! So I grabbed some pictures and sent them an email. No response for a week, I emailed them again on Monday and still no response either. $16 for the worst car wash Ive gotten. The one on Oneida St has never been this bad. Ill be avoiding PDQ in the future, very disappointed and zero customer service to try and fix the issue.

Yes convenient. But expensive, and a job not will done. Added extra things to be done to manager special. Even bought an extra wash package. Pulled away looked in back seat and found wrappers on the floor. Yes they were supposed to vacuum. Got out at my next stop for the day and walked to the back of car and soap streaks running down the back. Paid for mats to be washed. They never did them or if they did they looked no better then before wash. Not happy with job done here. Even went on line to find the best car wash and they were listed top one. They should not be as far as I am concerned.

What you’d expect. I went for an exterior and decided to give full service a shot. Took forever. Inside was clean. Exterior was rinsed at best and not well washed. Ehhh

Most of the car was clean except for inside doors. Still splattered with coffee. Not sure how they missed it. Floor mats were nice an clean. Not sure what manager special covered at 30 dollars. I had to pay extra for mats to be cleaned. Tires to be cleaned. Armoural if I wanted dash cleaned.

Overall good service however they wont clean cup holders. Also this location is not very COVID friendly. Employees were wearing masks over mouth and not nose, would take off masks to have close contact conversations with one another and the woman cleaning my car interior removed her mask abruptly to cough into her forearm and then entered my car to clean it. One employee took off her mask to blow onto another employees face.

I asked for a full interior cleaning including washing for the back sits and nothing of what I asked got done, including the vacuuming was terrible, I had found the same dirt and other garbage that I asked them to clean on places where they are exposed and they didnt do that right, also they broke my cup holder and tried to hided it under the passenger sit.

It was almost as if the right side of my vehicle on the interior was barely even done.I said something while I was there and she came in and put a different cleaner on but still didnt even touch most of the parts that still.still dirt and dog hair and whatever in the back seat cup holders are dirty arm wrestler dirty... I called the company and complained about it and theyll be sending me another free car wash in the mail. As I believe they should soon as they didnt do it right the first.

Paid 50 dollars n also paid for extra n I have to have it redone. Only wiped certain things n never wiped console n windows are all streaky n if this us how you vacum I would hate to visit your home. Never again will I come back. I always come here.

They used 2 do a great job when I had my cars washed & detailed, but lately they have not been doing such a good job at cleaning the inside of my car. I litteraly have 2 point out some of the more obvious spots that they missed & I still end up leaving unhappy 4 the job that theyve done & the money that Ive paid.

I accidentally went into the premium lane when I wanted the basic wash. No one would let me switch over. The guy told me I had to get the premium. After charging me 3x what I wanted to pay, they told me to put my blinkers on so the people at the end know Im premium. Feels like I was scammed. Why couldnt I be charged the basic price for an honest mistake and just get told to keep my blinkers off? Wouldnt make a difference in my view except I got a wash I didnt want or wanted to pay for.

Did and ok job, for 40 bucks I expect it tip sparkle. Not so much

I emit taking my car here. You can watch them wash it, and the usually do a very good job. You can also just run your own vehicle through their excellent car wash simply as an exterior wash for a discounted price!

The best PDQ is on the west side. The 2 places on East side need to update their equipment big time.

The greatest auto wash in town! Be careful of the goofy entry into their driveway. It dips a little then jumps up to sidewalk level quickly. Always makes me nervous!

Id give it a zero. Two vehicles got to go in front of me even though I arrived first. No acknowledgement to at least let me know when or if I would get my vehicle in. There has to be a better alternative to this.

Love their clean freq monthly unlimited car wash plan. For the price of 2 managers specials I can go daily if I choose and have the managers special completed or run through the exterior wash if in a hurry. They do a great job imo and you can add additional detailing services as needed.

So Ive been there twice now and must say that overall I have not gotten the service that Ive paid for. When you buy a full service wash you hope to have a clean car when you leave. Both times I have not and will not be going to this PDQ ever again. Maybe Ill try one of the other ones in town, but I dont know If the cost is worth the risk.

Took forever. I get that they were mildly busy but the first thing that I noticed was that they put my car in the line that was the longest at 3 cars that were waiting when there were other lines with only one car and that was the car the employees were working on. By the time they got to my car they barely had to wipe it down. So as I was waiting for the three cars in front of me to be finished I noticed that the other lines had cars that came in after mine that got to go and finish before me. There were at least 5 people that came in after me that got there car worked on. I think that was the worst service they have ever given time wise. I will say though that it was very nice and clean.

Pretty disappointed with the wash today. Usually get great service and wash but today the wash was a waste of over 30 bucks. Had to ask for a towel so I could wipe the rear seats. There was The additional 8 bucks to spray down the weathertechs which were dirty from the salt, not worth the money. Note to their staff, if a customer asks for a towel to finish your job, it doesnt bode well for their loyalty.

I don’t like the new format. You have to sit in your car through the car wash and they do everything else later so it takes much longer.

They do a good job if not busy. Broke my door handle, but paid for repairs without much hassle. Very friendly staff.
