I had the opposite experience, I was to blame for some for not providing data timely, but VERY expensive, paid for every 10 min phone conversation 1 hour and time she had to review emails...also couldnt coordinate with anyone besides myself and wife, frustrating... Just not the same value as other accounts I have hired. They use good software and respectful staff...We just didnt work well together and both her and I wasted 1 year at my expense. My experience for what its worth...
