Everything about the experience from beginning to end made it worth it! The results are absolutely beautiful and I only wish we couldve discovered these services earlier. Brian Adams really knows what he is doing and I was highly appreciative of all of the insight about proper care for the new installation. Its always great to see individuals who enjoy what they do and provide quality work without the worry. He even was kind enough to do a quick fix to the crown moulding trim that was aesthetically displeasing in its original state. I also appreciate the thorough communication throughout the hours it took to finish up the project. My new bathroom looks amazing and it was such a relief to finally have this done. Bath Fitter replaced our shower/tub fixture in the master bath. The plumber arrived right on schedule and did a great job in preparation for the installer. Brian Adams, arrived shortly after the plumber left and went right to work. He did an excellent job with the demolition of the old tub and the installation of the new step in shower. He cleaned up everything and was very respectful of our home. Brian worked very cleanly. Everything the salesman told us was exactly what happened. I can now safely shower. I highly recommend Bath Fitter. I think it is worth every dollar we spent. Other places wanted to charge more and make you work to their schedule rather than to our needs.

We could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and service from Bath Fitter. The installers were courteous and considerate while working in our home. It was difficult to believe that they could remove our old blue shower tub combo and install a new walk in shower in less than eight hours, but they did. Brian and Jamie did an excellent job, and left our bathroom totally clean after the project was completed, especially considering it was a major tear out, replacing all new plumbing, drywall and sub flooring. I would definitely recommend this company!

The whole experience with Bath Fitter was excellent. The sales rep (Mike L.) was very professional with a no pressure sales presentation. Mike provided exactly what we wanted at a very good price (no up-selling and no pressure). The installer (Steve A.) was first class. He is a true craftsman and did an super job. He worked hard all day long and made sure we were satisfied with the tub to walk-in shower conversion (we were). This is a company that cares about its customers.

We had just renovated out guest bathroom and instead of putting in a new tub we decided to have the old one reglazed. We had had good results with this process in the past but this time after two repair calls (under warranty) we realized this time it was not an acceptable solution. Bathfitter provided an elegant solution that did not require us to re-do the new tile on the walls and floor adjacent to the tub. The price and scheduling were reasonable and the installers were efficient and professional. Would highly recommend.

Installer (Brian Adams) was good. Worked hard, was always on task, and warned me about his slight oops with grabbing the wrong wall color. He took the time to go back and rectify the situation, which I really appreciate. No real complaints from me. Im happy with the results.

Our bathrooms have been transformed! We had 1970s Avocado and Harvest Gold. Now, both bathrooms are bright and fresh (white). Brian was great to work with! I had them install a new liner in my walk in bathroom shower. Not an easy task as my walls were not square. They came when they said they would and on time. Brian and Steve did the install and I it turned better than I expected - great job! Will use them again!!

We own and old two store home that has and upper and lower apartment. We had a new shower installed in the upper unit and a new tub and surround installed in the lower unit.Jeff, the sales associate was very well informed and he did a great job with his presentation.The plumber came the day before the install and did a great job getting all of the plumbing ready before the install. He did a terrific job.Dylan installed the upper shower which was very complex with many different roof angles that he had to deal with. Brian install the new tub and surround in the lower unit and allowed us to insulate the walls behind the old walls before he did his install.All staff members were extremely friendly, kind and hard working. Their work was impeccable. The installation took about 12 hours but they completed everything in one day and left us with two beautiful new bathrooms.Thank-you, thank-you, thank-you for a job well done. Your the best!!! 😃

Bath Fitter did an excellent job replacing our outdated tub & shower unit. They had a plumber come in on day one for updating the valve and moving the shower head higher, and then the installer came the next day to complete the job. Our installer, Brian, was a great guy and was very professional. The final product looked great, and the overall turnaround for the project was fantastic. We will use Bath Fitter again when we are ready for our next bathroom update.

They installed a new tub and surround. We were impressed with both the Plumber and installer, it appears both did a very good job of installation. Hard to believe one person could get it done in a day but he did. We were also very impressed with the salesman. He was quick thorough, and very easy to understand. We had met with a rep from Sunderland the day before who took way to long to explain her product and brag about how good the company was.

Our installer was super professional, polite, and did a great job! My ONLY quibble was being told by the salesperson that bathtub liner would match our existing surround, and that wasnt the case. The tub has a blueish white tint where our existing surround is a warmer white. Aside from that, Im very happy.

Everything turned out exactly as they said it would. The job got done on time and looked perfect. Weeks later now, our thoughts haven’t changed on it. Still looks great and keeps the water warmer, which my young daughter appreciates.

We worked with Greg Jenkins and he was the best. Knowledgeable, honest and friendly. Bath fitter’s estimate was fair. Watch out for another big firm who advertises often. They came in at $3000 higher. Then randomly called back a few days later and offered to lower their price by $2000. From our research, Bath Fitters has a quality product. The install was professional and they took care to cover our floors.

Bath Fitter did an AWESOME job!! I had 3 other estimates from other companies and all of them were way more expensive than Bath Fitter. Also, their one piece seamless wall and their lifetime warranty cannot be matched by other companies. The process was so easy starting by meeting with our Sales Consultant who was so knowledgeable and not pushy like other companies. The next step was I was contacted by their local office to set up the plumbing and install day. Then, in about 3 weeks from the time of our order, the installation was completed. WOW, what a difference with our new bath area! They completed the installation in just one day...just like they advertise. I couldn’t believe it! My wife and I werent sure what to expect we are first time home owners and dont know where to start. The one day complete installation and final product of our bathtub shower unit was the bomb!
