I had a great experience getting a haircut/style and wax from Maia!!She was helpful with suggestions and did an awesome job on my hair!It has been awhile since I got a wax and she did wonderful and took her time to do it which I was extremely pleased. She has a great and bubblypersonality and I definitely will ask for Maia again. She made my day!!!!

Kayla is in fact one of the best stylists. I tried it out a few years back as a penny saver option to my salon it’s and haven’t looked back!Been coming here for years and it’s a whole new establishment under the new management :)

Got a hair cut and a giant flat spot on the side of my head, was told it was because my hair was so “thick”, turns out it was because somebody was in a rush and slacked on quality. If I wanted to wear a hat for the next 2 weeks I would’ve skipped the haircut. 10/10 would not recommend...extremely disappointed with the result, and when asked instead of just owning up to the mistake, the excuses came 🙄

Took my daughter to get her hair cut, liked it at 1st and then when we got home and it dried she was not happy with it and was cut way to short.

Ill never go here again. Very rude and made snide comments to me like I was a child or something. I am a veteran and fully understand the workings of the world we now live in. It was mainly the gentleman that worked there who was rude. He treated me as some sort of second rate person. If I could have given negative stars I would have.

Kailyn did an amazing job! I love doing fun colors in my hair and she went above and beyond to get get bright bold colors. So happy with the service and time taken to make sure everything is done right and done well. I will definitely be going back!

9 out of 10 times I go in getting exactly what I want done to my liking. Even if it takes a couple of extra minutes to do and thats what keeps me coming back to this place. That shows me the people care.

Had a haircut with older lady Jane, she did not cut hair the way I want its horrible and when I tried to talk about it she cut me off and would not listen. she did not care I did not like it.

One of the better white barbers that has the ability to cut Black hair lays right in Bellevue. Used to go to my family barber AL but prices, prices, prices. It’s Covid season and I need affordable to match quality. And Elizabeth (believe that’s her name) at super cuts gives it to me.

This salon is alright, however I went to see Kailyn the manager and was told she no longer works here. I then asked for Marlo who has also cut my hair and she also no longer works here. It’s very sad to see a business have so much turn over when you just want consistency. I have been coming here for a while now and they both have done my hair and were my favorite. The new manager is not very personable. I will be traveling to Appleton to see them at Zen Salon from now on. I am so glad to have found them. To me consistently is key for my hair and customer service in this industry is a must.

They do a good job overall, they seem to have a lot of turnover so its hard to keep getting the same stylist over time but they have consistently done a good job. Tuesday is the best day because of discount haircuts but come prepared to wait, still not usually a long wait.

Marlo is the the only stylist Ill go to. Shes been doing my hair for years and even tho i cant always seem to explain what i want shes able to interpret me and do an amazing job. She also gives great tips and suggestions.

Kailyn has been cutting my sons hair for years now and we always have an amazing cut from her. She is personable and always willing to fit you in last minute! He made the comment today “ Mom I am just gonna keep coming back to her even when I’m older” . Great work!

I had given a 5 star months ago and the last two times Ive went I was extremely disappointed. 1st time they chopped waaaaay too much off granted thats what hair stylists do usually. They get carried away. This last time I told them to thin my hair and layer it. They trimmed my hair fixed my bangs and that was it. They didnt thin my hair or layer it. My daughter told them she wanted a sharp bob and they told her they didnt know what that was. Not going back at all Im going to smart style.

By luck, i had the manager/stylist Stacey cut my hair and just found my new joint. She is one in a million most excellent... Chad

I went in there and Jackie didn’t wet my hair and my hair is curly so it needs to be in order to have an even and good cut. Jackie just hacked at my hair and left my “layers” looking like steps. I had chunks missing and parts where she failed to even cut my hair. I ended up needing to go and get it fixed at Indira, costing me more money because she destroyed my hair. The stylist at Indira took pictures it was so bad and encouraged me to get a refund. I called then immediately after having to get my hair fixed and Ashley told me she would get in contact with her supervisor about how they wanted her to go about giving me a refund. She told me she would get in contact with me the next day. I waited a week without any contact and I finally called again and was told the same thing. I would highly suggest not bothering to spend your money at any Supercuts. They are unprofessional, unskilled, and incompetent to provide a good quality experience.

The new management was very friendly as well as all the stylist they like to have fun and seems like they have all been friends forever!! Very family friendly keep it up ladies!!

Don’t trust all the 5 start reviews. If you leave one they enter you into a drawing for a $30 gift card. I got my hair trimmed there on Sunday and Stacy Was rude and unfriendly. I asked for a 1/2 and inch off my hair is uneven! SheGot the scissors stuck in my hair and had to rip them out. I will not be back

Kailyn has done haircuts for everyone in my family and a beard trim for my son. She does a wonderful job and is super friendly. Booking a same-day appointment on their app is very easy. We will definitely continue to go to this location and see Kailyn.

Ive NEVER had an issue with any of these girls!!! I think some people take it out on these stylists when they have their own issues!! most likely their kid didnt sit still! I trust these girls with my kids all the time and are wonderful with them even if they are having an off day!

Ive known Kailyn for years and she ALWAYS goes above and beyond for her customers. She always has a smile on her face and her passion for the industry shows in her work! Highly recommended!!!

I was visiting from out of town-risky to try a new place! Veronica was great. I went in with a few ideas of what I wanted and wasnt sure what would look best with my face shape. She was able to take me from long hair to a short cut that combined the looks I liked in order to best fit me.

Went for a deep condition for my dry frizzy hair and my hair is worse than when I went in. I went to the one on the east side. West side is better. I had one done there and it turned out great.

My 4 yr old son has been here 3 times now, after this last time, it will be the his last. Ashley was rude and had absolutely no patience for my son (who was actually was behaving super good for a 4 yr old). When we walked in, there wasnt a single customer in the salon, Ashley acted like it was an inconvenience we were there.

Ashley provided a cut just as requested, a lot of fun.

I went in and asked for a trim with light layers.The lady made it shorter than I wanted and the layers were very choppy.. I called the next day after deciding it absolutely needed to be fixed... When I did so, the girls working that day were really understanding and helped me out right away.Chelsea (girl who fixed my hair the next day) got it straightened out without having to cut more length off. Which really made me happy. She did an awesome job and Im much happier now. Thank you.

Ive been to this salon twice now and plan to make it my new regular salon. The staff are great, friendly and helpful.

My daughter had scheduled an appointment to get her roots colored and when she got there she was told they didnt have time to do it. When she asked them why the lady became snippy with her. Disappointing as we have had good experiences before. Companies take the hit when they have poor customer service.

I was handed the brush and was told I was responsible for brushing my own hair out infromt of other customers because I have long hair.

I went here on a whim. i needed a haircut and there it was, just a jump away from festival.I was cautious b/c its a bargain place. I was right to be cautious. i have never in my life had a haircut where the stylist didnt chit-chat with me. I dont know the name of the stylist b/c she didnt talk to me. AT ALL. she cut my hair in silence. She cut it very short. VERY VERY SHORT. Not what i asked for. apparently she didnt understand that hair gets shorter when it dries? my bangs are a tragedy, and Ill be pulling them back in barettes until theyre long enough to wear down. thank goodness it grows back, but i learned my lesson about cheap haircuts.never again.

Worst experience ever. Made appointment still waited around for half hour with two year old. Stylist seems like shes never cut a two year olds hair and just made matters worse last time i go there.

I arrived to my appointment on time and was told by the stylist I had two people ahead of me. Even with an appointment I still had to wait 24 min.

She used the clippers to cut the back and sides and when I got home I noticed that she missed some hair on both sides on top of my ears. I had to trim myself in front of a mirror.
