Had some bodywork done recently on my car that I bought from Dorsch 5 months ago. Was a fantastic experience, worked specifically with Jennifer, an estimator for the body shop.Communication was great and they exceeded my expectations in every way.

Took our 2017 Ford Edge in to get rear lift gate spoiler replaced. From the first call to set the appt up to when I walked out the door to leave, the staff was courteous, knowledgeable and friendly. The knowledgeable body tech was considerate and very willing to work with me knowing I was driving two hours, one way, for this appointment. They were on time and waiting for me when I arrived. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the work and took care of my vehicle. Pat the service representative was great! Thanks!!

Service manager was unwilling to help when my vehicle was broken down outside in 0* temps. They will not sell body clips. Im pretty sure they want me to buy a whole assembly from their parts department in the other building. Im still willing to work with management on this issue but I cant recommended this business at the moment...

Originally purchased a vehicle with dorsch Because the level of customer service. However the level of customer service is completely absent from their collision centre After calling twice to confirm their hours Driving more than 2 hours I arrived at the collision centre at 5:10 Could not get anyone to help me get an estimate after driving the 2 hours Its been over 2 weeks since Ive submitted photos and no response from the dealership whatsoever

Excellent work our truck it looks and runs like new. They were very easy to work with, always friendly everytime I called for updates. I would recommend to anyone who needs auto body work.
