Massage envy is the best. Their communication is flawless. Pam is the best massage therapist. She’s so good -understands the body so well!! She’s also very personable, has a great memory & is a kind person. She’s also the only woman my boyfriend & I know we’ll fight over; but we’ll also give our time with her to each other if necessary! 😂😂

Therapist are wonderful, office staff couldnt get any worse if they tried. Manager rude and unwilling to make things better. They have no issue taking your money 💲 but getting it back is actually worse than having a tooth pulled without sedation. I feel for the therapist as they are the ones loosing clients.

Pam did an amazing job, listened to my requests pre-massage and followed those requests during the massage. Would certainly recommend her to anyone interested in a deep tissue massage. I had had some hand trauma just a day before with substantial pain…at some point during the massage the pain vanished and remained less acute for a couple hours after!

I’m not too pleased with the availability to get any service each month. I expected the personal side to be more personable and to able to get the same massage therapist each time but so far that hasn’t happened for me. Been going since august 2020. I did sign a year contract, not sure why!, so I’m anxiously waiting for my year to be up to go back to a massage therapist that is on their own to get that personal friendship back and get a great massage!

Never once had a bad experience with the staff. The masseuses are always welcoming and very comforting. I usually get a facial once a month for maintenance and I love it! Since starting my skin has improved majorly!

I have been going for a couple months now and I really enjoy my sessions. Teresa is great - she listens, is intuitive, and has a lot of knowledge.. I might think I know what I want but she knows what my body needs!

I have sever muscle tension in my upper back and legs. I had a 30 minute stretch into a 60 minute massage. Mike was very professional and very clear about what i should expect. With proper instruction i was able to adjust my breathing and relax my muscles. Im feeling much better the next Morning and looking forward to my next session. Thank you!

Very good experience. We were welcomed at the door and got a full hour massage after filling out our paperwork. Had a couples massage, which was nice. I got deep tissue ad my wife got a relaxation massage. They have a nice waiting area in the main area, and behind the main door. The staff was friendly and the massage therapists were very good. I would have no hesitations recommending this place to friends and family.

Theresa was friendly and gave a great massage! My only comments are that she seemed to be in a rush during our consultation and could have taken an extra minute to listen to my concerns. I also had trouble finding the entrance to the building so was a few minutes late, then did not get the full 60 minutes of a massage.

Its not that the girl who did the facial wasnt nice because she was. I just didnt like the fact that after the facial ( The very next morning) my face had fine bumps nd dry spots/patches. Not happy with the facial at all

I told the front desk associate that I love to read and that Ive been a bit of a hermit lately, and when I came out of my appointment she has made me a bookmark that she drew a crab on for me. Everything about my experience was awesome and I will be going back.

The first few times I had nothing bad to say. It was a very nice experience. My normal therapist was no longer there so I tried someone new last month, she was nice, but I left feeling like I came in. So yesterday I went with someone else, a guy, with more deep tissue massage as I was really tense. This was he worst experience I have ever had getting a massage and I have had many!!!! He was rude from the start. He acted like he didnt want to be there. Not once did he ask me how the pressure was or anything. He did not put a hot towel on my back like normal, just started digging in. At one point I had cringed because of the pain and said it was a little rough. The massage didnt get better the whole 90 minutes, but I thought well maybe it was the right pressure to get the tension in the muscles loose, as I am not tense to a little pressure. Then I had gotten the foot salt scrub. Wow. Is all I can say. First the towels were so hot I think I could have jumped. Then he scrubbed the salt so rough it probably took a layer of skin off. When done he said he would meet me out with a glass of water, he never did. I went to the front, they asked how it was and I was so nostalgic I said eh Ill let you know tomorrow if Im hurting or not. My response Did not seem to be a concern to any one at the counter. I left. 6 hours later I could barely move, couldnt get out of bed. When showering today I noticed my entire back was bruised. No wonder it hurts to the touch! Second guessing using my membership anymore.

I just had the best massage I had ever had in 30 years today. I had completely given up on finding someone who could do this kind of deep tissue work. What a treat! Thank you Pam your AWESOME!!!

Edited- since posting this review I’ve been contacted by managing staff and while I can’t get behind their marketing strategies and I stand by my complaints. I was very pleased by their personal responses to criticism. I’ve changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars.The front staff was very friendly and my massage therapist was actually great. But. I don’t treat myself to a massage very often and I just want to relax while there... instead every time I turned around someone was pitching something extra... I’m not hear for the sales pitch. I just wanna relax while I’m here and not feel pushed by EVERYONE in the building. Ruined my relaxing day. I used to go to a ME in Colorado and never once felt this sales pitch frenzy... won’t be back and won’t recommend to friends.

I did not have the experience, and have never seen anyone try to push a membership on someone. Every therapist I have had was excellent. They work very hard at scheduling when you are available, and are flexible. They really cater to each individual from the minute you step into the door to the minute you leave. The atmosphere is pleasant, quiet and serene and it is a very clean facility. And I often give a gift certificate as gifts to people – and those people have had no complaints. I recommend them highly

I would be lost without this place. Everyone from the girls at the desk to the therapists are SO welcoming. They make sure youre 100% taken care of the moment you walk in the door. If youve never done it, try here first. We were hooked after our first session.

Best massage of my life! I’ve been to quite a few sports medicine, chiropractic, massage, and acupuncture clinics for disc compression and other sports types of injuries. Zero treatments have ever compared to Dave’s extreme deep tissue techniques. So much so that I signed up for a membership because it blew my mind haha. I feel much better and look forward to many more treatments with Dave! Everyone should go see him!

This place is absolutely amazing!!! I have seen several of the therapists here and every single one of them have their own strengths and each makes you feel awesome when you leave. I have chronic lower back issues and it has been great to find a place that can help me feel my best at a reasonable rate. To manage my pain, I need to get a massage every month and with their convienant wellness program I can do just that for only 60 dollars a month. Plus if I ever want to treat myself and get an additional massage, its only 40 dollars!!! High quality services for a tight budget. They offer advanced skin care services as well and I have to say, they are delightful!! The front desk staff always puts a smile on my face

Lounge could use a update. Very friendly staff, but can be a bit pushy on membership. Some of the therapist are a bit chatty, but are very nice and will adjust to your requests! There have been times where the lotion was cold, maybe have warmer? Best part is before they massage the upper back they use a hot towel to heat up and moisten the skin! Excellent staff. Everyone is always friendly and smiling. The gals up front are really helpful welcoming. The massage therapists are professional and really listen. I am always comfortable and worry free when I am at Massage Envy.

Refused to do the service

All in all it was a great massage. My only downsides were that it became a bit cold in part way through the massage. When the masseuse first put the massage lotion on my back, it was cold, so could have done with it being pre-heated lotion. Also, maybe a little bit too much conversation I think.

Really awesome staff, both the massage therapists and the front-desk associates. They are a bit pushy with sales and the prices for non-members is astronomical, but being a member is a great deal if you need frequent massages.

Great friendly faces at the front when you enter. The nicest spa that I have ever been in by far. I will keep on coming back for more appointments.

Very pushy on the membership and the paperwork is a nightmare. The female therapists who work there are quitting all the time and this spa cant keep a full staff. The turnover rate is very high and this spa does a horrible job keeping its female therapists in line. I burned through 2 therapists in a 2 year period. The first therapist I had was the best therapist ever but she ended up quitting in May of 2015 to because she was enrolled in college and tried a different career so I had no choice but to go with a different therapist at the time and 22 months later she was wrongfully promoted to clinic manager and after I complained about it she now refuses to be my therapist. Be sure to request someone who will stay long term if youre comfortable with someone and make sure its not the lead therapist because it might lead to an undeserved promotion. When you get a 90 minute massage the truth is its only 80 minutes so its false advertising regardless of their legal paperwork of 10 minutes consultation and 80 minutes hands on. Make sure not to pay your monthly dues on the day of a Green Bay Packers home game because the spa closes to give up their parking lot to Packers fans for fan parking. Your email inbox will also get flooded with junk mail about corporate promotions and solicitation of their Murad skin care products which is really annoying.

Pretty much the worse massage I have ever gotten. If you can even call it a massage. Was my first time here. Staff is friendly and about the only good thing this place has going. I would venture to say that out of a 50 min session the actual massage was 7 minutes. The rest was putting a hot towel on my kneck and back or sticking varies limbs into my skin ie knees and elbows. I get massages on a regular basis at least every month so Im pretty familiar with what should and should happen. Definitely wont rerurn.
