Even though they purchased a property that has an insane amount of work that needs to be done, they have gone above and beyond to help my family and I and I couldn’t be more thankful. James Taylor is phenomenal!!!! Most professionalism I have ever seen from a property manager and the manager of maintence is beyond incredible. Would highly recommend this management company for anyone!!!! ~Nicole D.

Reusch management has taken over the apartments we live in close to a year ago but the environment around Badger Apartments is not very welcoming on the outside. Theres trash everywhere at the main doors. Some of the entrance/ exit doors have been broken for months with no repair. The glass in the doors are very dirty and no one has cleaned them in months. Its even worse for tenants to touch since theres a pandemic still present and the apartments are so unsanitary still. The basements have water leaking from the washing machines as well. Its not a pleasant sight. This could all be handled if the right people got here to fix these issues but the maintenance people do not arrive on time for tenant issue requests at all. Youre given a date and no one shows up. Its almost as if these apartments are abandoned for the tenants to take care of it themselves. Thats absolutely wrong. I suggest whoever reading this to take note and I hope they can do some change and not neglect these issues.

I’ve had a commercial lease with Ruesch for almost a year and have been really happy as a first time business renter! Really nice people to work with and they are fair and honest with everything they do. I even locked myself out one time and they rushed to help me get in with some backup keys. Would highly recommend them and I have a hard time imagining renting a business space with any other company. The owner even explained to me once that they keep rates so reasonable because they would rather help people get places that are affordable for them. Can’t say enough good about them!

We use Ruesch Management for our vacation rental. They do a great job with marketing, booking, payments, collections, cleaning and coordinating anything we need for the property. The sales team is always looking for different avenues to maximize bookings and attract new guests. Their cleaning staff does an excellent job in turning the property over and exceeding expectations of guests. We would highly recommend Ruesch for other owners.

I recently started working with Ruesch Management and have been very impressed with their responsiveness, professionalism, and knowledge. While I’ve owned one rental for years I just recently began expanding and am still pretty new to real estate investing so it was great to find a company willing to take the time to walk me through how they operate and give their advice based on their experience both owning their own rentals as well as managing rentals for other investors. One of the biggest reasons I chose Ruesch Management was because they have their own teams to manage repairs for tenants and help with rehabs. They brought one of my fixer upper properties from bare studs to beautiful! The quality of there work is impeccable and I’m sure the final product will bring a quality tenant.

I am an investor from California. I own apartment buildings in both Milwaukee and Green Bay areas. When I first invested in the Milwaukee area over 4 years ago, I worked with another property management company. That management company made the investing experience so difficult. They over billed and under performed. I would have to literally beg to get the owner of that management company to return my phone calls. When I would ask for a service, it would take months sometimes before I saw any action. Anyway, two years ago, I found Ruesch Management by doing a Google search. I asked them if they were willing to manage my 10 unit apartment building in Green Bay. They accepted. Since that day, the working relationship has been amazing. They have been responsive and courteous. They have shown me ways to maximize on my return and increase my portfolio. I enjoyed working with them so much, I asked them if they would manage my three apartment buildings in Milwaukee. I knew they were based in Green Bay and this request may have been logistically challenging for their company. They deliberated and accepted to manage those buildings in Milwaukee too. I transitioned from my old useless management company to Ruesch Management and things have been great ever since. If you are looking for someone to manage your property, I highly recommend them!!!

After moving from Hawaii to Green Bay my husband and I really needed a place to stay until we could purchase a house for our family. After contacting SEVERAL property management companies I finally came across Ruesch Management. Rachel was amazing and really tried so hard to find us a place to work while we were still house hunting. In the end we got a cute little 1 bed duplex that we stayed in for about 2 months. When we had some concerns their team was so quick to have a person come out and address the issue, it was fantastic! After reading a lot of the reviews I was shocked that anyone would say anything different. Great company that really cares and works hard for their investors and residents.

Our rentals have been managed by Ruesch Management for over 2 years. They are growing rapidly due to the wonderful service they provide. The tenants concerns are addressed rapidly and effectively. They are available and knowledgeable about the many complexities of modern day rental arrangements (eg. section 8 and Air BNB). These are difficult times for everyone, yet this team has effectively created a great service for tenants and landlords.

Would not recommend.Very disappointed with the way this management company handled the transition of ownership with the apartment complex I was renting at the time.Ruesch bought the apartment complex I was living in 3 months before I moved out. Apparently they did not have all of my paperwork from the last company who owned the place.When I paid rent to the original owners at the start of the month, ruesch did not see that and made me call around to have the old owners let them know I paid. Something the management company should have figured out.When I moved out I was charged for a big stain that I mentioned on my move in sheet to the original owners when I moved in. When I talked to ruesch about not getting my full security deposit back, they told me they needed proof of the stain being there when I moved in. The move in sheet that I filled out and gave to the original owners was that proof, but still got charged for the stain and lost money on something I didn’t even do.It’s unfortunate that ruesch had screwed over it’s tenants because they were disorganized.The two ladies at the front desk however were very nice and respectful.

Ruesch Management dont care about anything but money. They have fees for everything under the sun. Charge a full months rent with only 6 days left in the month. Thats completely unheard of, and down right poor business. Rachel Couilard is the most rude and unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. She also doesnt keep her word on ANYTHING. NEVER RENT FROM THEM.The reply is a complete fabrication. When you move in to a place your first month is pro-rated not the first full month.Update: They have yet to return my security deposit and its been 3 months.

These people are great to work with. They really care about taking care of their clients and tenants. I would guess that bad tenants write bad reviews..but I am very pleased with Ruesch Managment.
