If I could give 0 stars I would give them a negative 0! I am so frustrated with Century Link I never even got my modem set up! I was on the phone with three different people at 3 different times trying to get my modem connected, was told that I have to probably purchase a router box, theyd have to have a technician come out to put in a new phone jack, which has worked in the past, and that was going to cost me $95. They talked me into going with Direct TV as a bundle then I couldnt get the modem to connect! Im so glad I didnt cancel my xfinity right away since I work from home and I would have been left with nothing. I was trying to reduce my monthly cost and now Im going to be paying more because I have my TV with another company and xfinity is super expensive if you just want internet service. I tried again this morning to talk with someone and they hung up on me when trying to explain my problem. I kept asking the women numerous times about the kind of speed I needed and never got a straight answer then when asked about getting the transcripts to my conversations with them I never received. Dont use Century Link!
On the phone over 4 hours transfered over 16 times and hung up on over 6 times trying to fix my internet
This is the worst company...anytime I have a problem its a fight or Im hung up on... My Bill is always higher then my plan and I am always wrong...plus I never get a person that speaks English or at least a language I can understand....HATE THIS PLACE!!!
