About 2 weeks ago I got my eyebrows done at this business by a wonderful woman named Rose. I have had a lot of issues with my eyebrows growing up and it has affected lot of my confidence. As soon as I showed up I got a royal greeting from Rose followed by Royal treatment. She could literally make anyone feel like a queen. I was very nervous going into this experience, but almost immediately after I arrived those nerves were settled. Rose was very professional and was able to answer any concerns that I may have had. I wasnt quite sure how I wanted my eyebrows because I never felt like I had an idea of what good eyebrows were on myself. Rose was super professional and mapped out what she thought would be a best fit and I am super glad I took her advice on it. The first week is a bit scary your eyebrows look very dark and thick, but was assured with my appointment that that would subside and sure enough I did. You just have to trust the process. I understand that completely now and Im super satisfied with how they are coming out. Its starting to boost a lot of my confidence and its nice to look in the mirror not having to worry about my eyebrows being wiped off or not there. Even with the ombre style they are looking more and more natural. Im looking forward to my touch up and Future touch-ups with Miss Rose. This experience has truly been life-changing! I like that it’s a local business and don’t have to drive far to get great services. In August, I had the ombre brows done, love them and the experience and healing went well. I had a skin treatment it was an amazing experience. My skin was glowing and so smooth, I didn’t want to put on makeup after my treatment. Rose is passionate about her work, and it shows. She makes you feel like a queen. I have not been disappointed. I look forward to future services.

I received fibroblasting on my smile lines in November. It is April and I still have scars. The service was supposed to be completed in 2 sessions but because of the MAJOR scars from the first procedure that actually made my smile lines worse, I opted to use my second treatment for lip enhancement instead. I did cancel the lip enhancement last minute because I was scared based on the results of the first procedure. Rose, who I’ve known for ten years on a personal level, stopped talking to me entirely. I understand the idea behind a deposit for appointment and let her know that I don’t mind her keeping some of the money due to last minute cancellation, but she never responded and kept the rest of my money for the second appointment totaling $300, refuses to send me her cancellation policy, and will not help me AT ALL with the scars that are STILL on my face as a result of her work. She won’t respond at all. Not only am I shocked at being completely ignored by a “professional,” but I feel like she stole my money and scared my face. I have spent $800 minimum on procedures and lord knows how much on products. If I could give this experience a zero or even less, I would. Stay away from fibroblasting from her and be very cautious in your dealings overall.

I had my eyebrows done July 6!!My experience was absolutely amazing! Mrs Rose is very professional and yet down to earth. She does a marvelous job because she absolutely loves what she does. She takes time with you making you very comfortable. She explains to you what she is doing. People look at me and give me compliments they know something is different. When I tell them its my eyebrows they are simply amazing at the quality of work that was done. I brag about Mrs Rose and her bubbly personality! I received the fibroblast on my upper eyelids. I was nervous but Rose’s bedside manner is awesome. She didn’t hesitate to answer my questions and explained each step of the procedure as we went through it. We shared good conversation and she always made sure that I was doing ok. Rose is awesome! I’m such a wuss when it comes to any kind of needle or tattoo and she helped me though it no problem. My lips look amazing. She worked on some scarring on them and now you can’t tell I had scars to begin with! Definitely recommend!

I was very excited to get a lot of work done, very ready to pay full price, but was a little hesitant at her exorbitant sale pricing. Also was struggling a little bit with her forceful use of Venmo. She claimed if I used a credit card shed have to charge me another $120. When I struggled paying through Venmo she threatened shed have to charge me full price now. I was doing the best I could but her high pressure sales tactics led me to not even get anything.

She is very attentive with your needs and does a precise job. First, Rose draws different shapes of eyebrow styles so I could chose from. Once I chose which one I loved, Rose took the time to explain how it will match with my hair color (I am currently blond), from there she uses numbing gel on the eyebrows and then the procedure is 100% painless!She took the time to explain the healing process and gave me a handout that explains everything in detail.I absolutely love my brows!!!
