The manager did a great job helping us make sense of the new matrix of options for high mileage and additives.We were able to walk in, both of our cars done in parallel, and I bet we were back out within 15 minutes.Theres usually a coupon floating around online to save you a couple bucks too. Also, they didnt try to pressure me into replacing the air filter which I always appreciate.

The guys here were kind, quick and let me wait in the car with my dog. They checked the fluids, washed the windows and aired up my tires. Quick, easy and affordable- good way to get the task of an oil change out of the way.

Very disappointed today. Ive been servicing my national fleet vehicles here for 5 years without any big issues until today. I pulled up to a slow store for an oil change and it took 45-60 minutes. At checkout I found out they did extra services without consulting me. The employee told me they just do what the fleet company says to do without asking the driver. Never happened here before. If this is the Grease Monkey policy, it should be changed. I was expecting a quick oil change and I couldve came back for the extra services when I had more time if I was given the choice. I do have the choice as the driver to decide where I take my business. So after 5 years and 4 company vehicles, Ill choose to give my business elsewhere due to this ridiculous policy. I was late for work. Its unfortunate that just to boost the daily ticket average, years of repeat business was lost for you. I previously managed several Jiffy Lube shops and this borderline unethical business tactic wouldve never happened in one of my stores. My time is important to me.

After getting my oil changed here I went to do a change myself and the workers way over tightened the oil filter and the drain plug. The plug was so tight the washer that was attached had be bent around the threads. Definitely never going here again.

Friendly staff, quick service. Oil change included exterior Windows cleaning and interior vacuum. Didn’t even have time to drink the Keurig coffee they had available. I’ll be back for my next oil change. (No more 45 minute oil changes at the Toyota dealer.)

Location on 35th Ave Greeley exceeded all of our expectations. The manager took time to explain AC Recharge process and was great at building rapport. I will definitely remember this experience for future business.

Embarrassingly I drove off a small wall edge half way and got stuck. All of them came out and helped me off the edge with some jacks without me having to say a word I was already on my way to get oil from them. I asked them not to do anything to my tires but yet a staff person started in and I had to ask them again not to touch my tires. They also left grease/oil on the inside of my car (steering wheel, door panel, door handle inside and out).

Everyone was really kind and more than helpful. My wipers weren’t working and the guy fixed them very quickly and finished my oil change under 20 mins!

Slow it was over 1.5 hours and only one in front of me

First time at this location. Reasonably fast oil change, no problems there. But not a single mask in sight, even with current level Red. And despite waiting a bit for an air filter to get delivered, no refill of washer fluid, had to request tire pressure check.

The oil service was fine but this location clearly doesnt know we have a global pandemic going on. Not a single person wearing a mask or making any attempt at social distancing. When I drove up the person serving me just walked up to my window probably 3 feet from my face with no mask on. As he approached I quickly put my mask on. When I went to pay the person processing the payment had no mask on either inside the store. I live in Erie so maybe the rules in Greeley are different but I was not comfortable with this situation at all.

The only person wearing a mask and keeping any kind of distance was a customer, who was outside, leaning against a tree, because shed been inside and saw nobody was masked up or staying distant. Technicians are having close-up conversations with customers, no one wearing a mask. Yall have vulnerable people coming in there, older folks and people with other issues, and youre going to get them sick.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and when I arrived (10 mns early) I was told it was going to be 45 mns before they could get to my vehicle. Additionally, when we were reviewing my oil options, the cheapest option was literally double what Ive always paid at another reputable chain. Finally, I walked in and there were two staff behind the desk, not wearing masks, two people in the waiting area, also not wearing masks, and then I was approached by a mechanic (not wearing a mask) -- and I had to be the one to initiate us walking outside to talk because I was uncomfortable with the amount of people in close proximity not following state public health guidelines and mandates.I ended up leaving without having any services done to my car and I rescheduled with another company and shop +20 mns away, where I confirmed they are following public health guidelines and I trust their reputation and quality of service far more than this Grease Monkey location.

I used to take my car into the Ford Quick Lane for oil changes, and it was anything but quick. I had waited for up to 2 hours to get my oil changed there, but at Grease Monkey I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. The staff who greeted me was kind and knowledgeable, and the staff who took my payment was friendly and efficient. I will definitely take my car back next time!

Ive adjusted my rating based on the follow up service by Dwayne and Tania. Judging from what I was told it would appear theyve addressed the issue of being turned away before their closing times. I saw a car in their service bay about 5 minutes before their closing time so that makes me feel good to see. Anyways, I have to say great customer service and way to make things right.

Another place changed my oil and tightened the piss out of my oil pan drain plug so when I went to change it myself the next time I couldnt get it off and it was stripped bad. Grease monkey replaced my plug for free! So helpful and nice every time, and quick.

They would have over charged me 135 dollers at the least if i would have taken my service to them. I called brakes plus, the guy told me what i needed to do on the phone, he said i could do it my self for inexpenvise, but due to his honesty i took it to brakes + and still saved about 135.00.

The folks here are consistently friendly and give me a play-by-play of everything they did and everything that is going on with my car. They always give a quality service and oil change and are very honest about what your car needs. Theyve never tried to rip me off just because Im a girl who doesnt know much about my car and they always let me know all my options, how much they will cost, what their professional opinion is, but always let me decide what to do and I really appreciate that. They really care about and take great care of their customers.

Tried to get me to wash out my rear differential fluid, said there was metal in the fluid. Took it to my mechanic and showed me that there was nothing wrong at all. Dont go here they try to scam you.

Manager told me i had bad battery on my 2014 truck, I had it checked its good,manager thought i didnt now difference between color of gear oil and transmission fluid,trying to convince me to change differential oil (brown)compared 2 transfer case transmission fluid(red) be aware / it is now July 2018 my battery is still good updated info/it is now November2018 it was 15 degrees this morning my battery is working just fine that manager was a bold-faced liar I tell everybody to stay away from Grease Monkey to be fair to any new manager I visited this place October 17th 2016 again my battery is still good and I will never do business at Grease Monkey/ it is now February 2019 it was -16 this morning my battery is still good I also had my truck in the dealership last month come to find out my transmission and differentials are not even serviceable what a complete scam be aware!

Went in at 545 they close at 6 the two people I came into contact with were rude and looked inconvenience that income in during business hours. The lady at the front desk kept shaking her head at everything from phone calls to people wanting service during business hours how dare I. Wont be back reported it to their corporate office I am a business owner had these people of treated .y customers that way they would no longer have employment with me . I watched them the whole time never saw them.actually change the filter.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but this has gone too far. Grease Monkey has ruined my husbands vehicle, as they did not tighten the oils plug after an oil Change.The plug fell out, drained the oil, and has caused major damage to the engine. Weve given them over a month to take care of this issue and we just get the run around and insulting offers, that wont even cover the repair. After asking around, I guess this is something they do quite often... Its been over a month and we still dont have a usable vehicle and we are being forced to take further action. Not only do they hire bad mechanics but their customer service has been despicable. Tried calling Ron morrow, Steve moore and have also spoke to risk assement. Nothing. We have bene without that vehicle, with our 4 kids, for far too long. No one seems to care.

I used to go to the grease monkey on 8th. ave and theyre great! I moved closer to this location and was going to come in for full service. However, I got a flat tire and my spare was flat too. I had to carry it to this location from 3 blocks away. They filled it for me no problem and then were nice to drive me back to my car. Now Im never going anywhere but here! They did a great job on my car. Thanks again boys and especially Vinny for driving me over to my car and doing a great job when I brought it back in. These guys really care about their customers. Always coming here.
