These guys have been great with treating our trees. They show up every Spring and Fall and get right to work. Gus has been great. Very knowledgeable and provides good customer service.

They came on time, as scheduled, and worked so efficiently I would not have known they were out spraying, if I had not looked out and seen them spraying my pines to protect them from beetles. We hired American Turf and Tree to help us out as our back yard was suffering tremendously and I wasn’t sure it would even come back from the dead - from the first time we spoke with them we knew we made the right decision, they are very knowledgeable and over the top friendly! They came and looked at our yard and Blair helped us chose the right plan for our needs. The grass in our back yard not only came back but it is super green! Justin came to apply the first fertilizer application of the year and asked if we had and issue or concerns he wanted him to address. We explain the issue with the garden area. He explained that he did not have the correct compound to handle the garden weeds and promised to be back with the right stuff in a day or so. He was back today and sprayed the garden. It was great to have someone ask if they could help and then follow through on their promise.

Our front yard is builders grade sod and soil. it was awful. dying.. all brown and yellow and weeds.. no matter how much we watered it and how much we would fertilize and aerate ourselves nothing would work. (the yard is only 3 years old) we called American Tree and Turf, and they knew exactly what our problems were. within 3 months our yard looked like a completely different yard. so lush and so green!!!! absolutely no weeds or dead spots anywhere. Have been with American Turf and tree care for 10 years more or less. They have always been responsive and it is a better value and time savings for me than to spend 4-6 hours shopping, buying chemicals and fertilizer, applying it and then either overusing, underusing and having leftovers in garage.

I had called them a couple months ago to ask what was making our lawn die in areas since we were new to the area and never had sod or a sprinkler system. They were so helpful over the phone and even had me send them pictures so they could advise me on what to do. They mentioned their liquid aeration method but werent pushy. I called them to do it since they were so helpful before over the phone. Gus the technician was very knowledgeable and friendly. We will certainly continue using them for our lawn care needs.

Communication with this company is outstanding. Someone always answers the phone and they are very helpful. They answer questions, they are kind and informative. I called several lawn care companies and NOBODY answers the phone, sometimes they dont return your call, and sometimes they dont even show up when you schedule someone to come look at your lawn for an estimate. Not American Turf and Tree. They are reliable and they call to let you know they are coming the following morning to put an application on your lawn. After the first application, my lawn was significantly better! Love this company.

The owner was very realistic when explaining that this might be a long term process, so I was pleasantly surprised to find a noticeable difference right away. Every time they visit the technician is very courteous: knocks at the door and asks if this is a good time to spray; call beforehand; let us know when they are done etc. The technicians are also very friendly, as Taylor was last week. We have been doing business with this company since 2007 and have been very pleased with the results. We skipped last year since the product had changed and heard it wasnt as effective. However they have now gone back to the original product so had them spray for weeds again this year. Hopefully as the season goes on we will have positive results like previous years. Also the technician seems to have done a great job in spraying as it appears there is a good coverage.

I called a couple companies about lawn aeration before calling AT&TC and immediately felt drawn to them. They were friendly and discussed a new liquid aeration they used solely because it worked so well. Marcus did a great job applying the aerating liquid and discovered the lumps on my lawn Id been stressing about for so long were earth worms and residual nutrient mounds from them. They were so great I decided to have them spray for mosquitoes and other insects. Im excited to see how nice my lawn will look and to enjoy being out in my backyard with less pests this summer. We had worm problems and called American Turf. They made an extra trip to look at the lawn and took immediate measures to correct the problem. When ever I have any questions or concerns all I have to do is call them and they send someone over to look at the questionable area and give me detailed suggestions to help me correct the problem. Kind of hard to do a complete review when you really dont have much, if any, interaction with the technician. It appears that Clay did the work just as it should be done. When I did see him briefly he was very nice, pleasant and respectful.

Taylor was making an application at a neighbors yard, and I was next across the street for the late summer application. A next door neighbor was interested in the service, and Taylor had a business card for the new neighbor. Taylor applied my application, answered questions about some crabgrass along the edges of landscape and sprayed for them after the fertilizing. He took care in applying the application and had a friendly conversation about the project I was working on. Well done, Thanks.
