Dr. Jackie has been our Audiologist since we moved here 3 years ago. She is very accommodating with appointments and services. She is an excellent clinician. She is concerned about the hearing of her patients. We are glad she is our audiologist!!

I felt very relaxed during the whole process Im happy with the hearing aids of course still adjusting adjusting to them. Jason was very professional and explain things very well to me and had everything set up and ready to go when I went to my appointment.

Had not realized how much my hearing had deteriorated. Friends insisted I get tested. So glad I did. Jackie was wonderful. She tested me, explained my deficits and let me try on a pair of aids. I would not give them back so now I am happily hearing better and hearing more!

Oh my goodness! My one of my hearing aids went out on me, I figured it needed a clean. I called spoke with Trish, was able to go straight there. She put new batteries, cleaned and a new dome at no charge! Fantastic customer service! Thank you Trish.

I have been a hearing aid user for over 6 years. When it came time to upgrade my devices, I was forced to search for another provider. This was not a task I was comfortable with because I did not have any referrals to fall back on. I made appointments with three Greeley area providers. While I was pleased with the professionalism of all three providers, one stood above the rest in customer service - Hearing Rehab Center. I literally felt RIGHT AT HOME the second I walked into their office. Jamie is extremely friendly and personable knowing exactly who I was before wed even met. Dr. Jackie Reider tested my hearing more thoroughly than I had been tested in 6 years! At the same time, she was extremely compassionate and committed to making sure I was getting the technology that would help me hear better and THAT I COULD AFFORD. After years of putting it off, I visited HRC. Right away it was a different feeling. Jacki was so friendly and helpful. They reassured me that I was going to experience a whole new world. And I have since then.Before I left the first visit, they had tested my hearing loss...got approval from the insurance company...showed me the different hearing aids available...and ordered my aids. They are even more helpful in keeping my hearing aids in perfect working order since. From regular cleanings, to battery changes, the whole process has been stress free.Now I can hear people talk, even in loud surroundings. I can go to the movies without getting a CC unit. I CANT ignore my wife anymore. My experience with HRC has been a blessing all the way around.

I knew I needed hearing aids for quite a while. Family history and the fact that I was constantly saying what? I was in denial however, I didnt want to admit to the fact that I was getting old. When I finally decided to do something, I met Jackie at an insurance event. She was so nice and listened. I decided to go in for an appointment and had my hearing test. So okay, shocker, I needed hearing aids. Jackie (Audiologist) suggested some, and a couple of weeks later, I could hear. She was extremely accomating to my insane schedule. Its been a pleasure. My family now teases me when we awake in the morning. Wait until Mom has her ears in to talk to her becasue she cant hear. My post hearing aid experience has also been nice. Jamie (front office) has been extremely supportive helping me care for my hearing aids. Im a busy person and I dont have a lot of extra time to stop in their office. The experience I feared has turned out to be one that I enjoy along with my hearing.

The whole experience was very pleasant. I am looking forward to dealing with such a friendly and professional twosome.

This is my 4th pair of hearing aids, and I am happy with them, mostly because Jackie is very patient and worked to my satisfaction. The fact that I can stop in anytime for help is a huge benefit. I highly recommend HRC in Greeley.

Gave me hope to hear again correctly

Our Company, AKA Energy, used to use another company in Greeley for our annual hearing tests. A couple of years ago they no longer could meet our needs for specific appointment times. We then took our businees to the Greeley Hearing Rehab Center office to give them a try. Not only were the ladies in the office; Jaime Bunjes and Dr Jacki Reider very polite and helpful they were also very accomodating to our needs for early morning appointment times. Greeley Hearing Rehab office was like a breath of fresh air. Thank you Ladies for your wonderful and very much appreciated happy smiles and pleasant customer service. Keep up the great work and we will be back!

My 3-year-old hearing aid recently stopped working. Having recently moved to Greeley from my lifelong home in Westchester, NY, I searched the internet to find any office that repaired hearing aids and was given about 8 choices near my new home. The clearest choice given to me was Hearing Rehab Center.I simply walked into the office and the receptionist greeting me asked if she could see my faulty hearing aid. She walked with it to the next room for what seemed to be less than one minute and marched it right back to me totally repaired. I couldnt believe the service!! Moreover, after asking for a bill, she told me there would be no charge, only that she had hoped I would return for future hearing needs. Since I had not had a hearing test in 3 1/2 years, I immediately made an appointment for the following week.When I returned to the office for my appointment with all of my past audiology records for comparison, I was greeted by Jerilyn Dutton, Audiologist. Being a director of Audiology for HRC and travelling to all offices, she was visiting the Greeley office this day and was there to help me though extensive testing, all of which she explained perfectly and, best of all, professionally and slowly so that I could allow all this new information sink in. The bottom line is that, yes, my right ear hearing aid is doing the necessary job well at this point in my life and that no upgrade is necessary at this point. Dr. Dutton spent over an hour answering my questions and giving thoughtful explanations. After the test and, as I was leaving, I assumed I would receive a bill but the response was the same as my first visit. There is no question that I will go back to HRC on a semi-annual basis to have my hearing checked.I could not be more satisfied with the friendliness of the entire office staff, the pleasantness of the waiting room (which I did not even utilize for my first two visits), the education I received on how my hearing could be improved going forward, the general overall quality of care, and what a great listener Jerilyn Dutton had been during the hour plus meeting we had together. I took my wife in to HRC and she was treated like royalty! I was thoroughly impressed with the knowledge of Dr Jarilyn as well her compassion and desire to help with my wifes hearing loss. Was diagnosed with Menieres disease a couple of years ago and the hearing in my left ear dramatically changed the last year or so. Being only 41 years old I didnt want to accept that I was losing my hearing but my family and my coworkers were getting very tired of the huhs, the pardons, and especially the whats. So, I decided to take the first step in taking my life back by visiting Hearing Rehab Center in Greeley. When I first arrived at Hearing Rehab Center I was very nervous. As soon as I was greeted by Jaimes smile and comforting words (the cookies and candy helped too :)) I knew I was in the right place. Dr. Reider explained everything to me in great detail. Once Jacki showed me my test results I realized I hadnt accepted that my hearing loss was as bad as it was. My life changed in that office that day once Jacki put a hearing aid in my left ear - I COULD HEAR. I cried tears of joy because I knew from this day forward I wold no longer have to read lips or just agree with people because I couldnt hear what they were saying. I know my disease isnt something that will go away but I know with my new hearing aid it can be managed. I hear things that Ive missed for so long - my little girl tapping her nails on the table, my blinker in my car, and birds chirping. The other thing about my hearing aid is that it was customized for me - its PURPLE!! Thank you Jacki and Jaime for such a pleasurable experience and for giving me my life back. I have recommended the girls at HRC to both friends and family - let them change your life too!!
