The experience is great, however I don’t feel the experience has much to do with Lifestance itself, but the amazing therapist that I have through them.Adriana R. is very capable and understanding and really works with me to work with myself.

Super sweet lady. very easy to get along with, can have laughs and share stories, makes you feel heard.

Overall I liked the quality of the meeting however at times the audio and video were out of sync.
