Absolutely 5-stars and then some! I had a pick up order and came by a little after 7 tonight, not realizing they closed at 7 on Saturdays. The app still allowed me to check in for curbside pick up so I did.A few minutes later, a couple of ladies came out and brought the order to me, even though they were closed. I felt absolutely terrible but and so grateful they still brought it out to me instead of calling.Thank you so so much and please pass this along to the staff! They’re also always so friendly and helpful any time I come in or have an order.

Overcharged for merchandise.I purchased a chair from this store. The price on the chair was $199. I had people with me at the time who also witnessed this. When I went back over my receipt, I had been charged $279. I called the store and asked them to check the price tag on the chair. They denied that the tag had shown $199 and refused to credit the price difference. They just kept telling me that the website says it is $279. They definitely lost my future business. Worst customer service ever.

Ive been to this location multiple times now looking to purchase a desk, and every single model Ive looked at has been out of stock in this store. I want to be able to support this store, but I cant very well do that if they dont carry any of the items they advertise in the store. Unfortunately wont be back after this last attempt.

Do NOT use this store to ship anything, or at least anything you care about. I have had multiple items be delayed for days after dropping them here to ship. If you get stuck in line at the print center, be prepared to wait a long time. Someone should review the best practices at this location because there are usually quite a few employees wandering around the store ignoring the line.

I called and asked how I could print something confidential without emailing to Office Depot email and was told I could access my own google drive and print from there without it being sent over. Once I arrive the Google drive option was not seen. I HAD to get this done in a timely manner so it could be completed then scanned and sent back. She already had somewhat of an attitude because I was annoying her asking how to get to Google drive a couple times. She Finally came over realizing something wasn’t working properly to access it. So, I asked the young lady if what I email could be deleted and long story short she told me it could be done, they normally delete automatically but she had the ability to do it if I felt it needed to be done. Through my questions her patience was tried and she talked to me as if I was unintelligent and everyone easily operates the printer. THEN once done I go back over to counter and say I believe I got it all done properly and again she has an attitude asking me what else I need. I say, “Well now that I’m done I’d like it deleted, please.” She then tells me she can’t delete it from the printers. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!? I very clearly said what I wanted done. If that wasn’t possible through the printers why did we go that route and not the route where you can do what I asked of you?!? But I’m the simple minded one. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff at the 35th Ave location is the best. I use them for printing projects, usually last minute. They are always friendly and professional. Thanks for always coming through for me!!

Great store for computers and office supplies.Great products with reasonable prices and very nice and helpful associates. I highly recommend shopping there.

The local office Depot has great printing services however local product selection and associate quality is highly variable. As digital sales continue to erode local retail, the selection and staffing levels have scaled back.Where we had two other stores in driving distance for this category, this office Depot has become the only game in town.Unfortunately the quality of the store has reduced rather than increased despite the consolidation of competition.

A great office depot, the staff is very friendly and so helpful. Its nice to be able to ask a slew of questions with out feeling like your annoying the staff.

I just walked away from a $100 purchase because Josh told me I couldnt run my card as credit. Ive done it several times actually, at this exact location. Sadly, this wasnt the first time Ive walked away from a purchase here. A few months ago, I walked away from a very pricey desk because they had no more in the back and their district manager would be mad if there was a gap in their floor displays.Office Depot, you have to realize that youre not the only supply store in existence. There are many more places consumers can purchase their products for far less too. We continue to come here for the simple fact we can have it now. Thats youre only barging chip. But since you cant sell floor items and you cant train all employees how to make the sale happen, Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

Waited of 20mins to snd fax & get a copy made.. wasnt acknowledge at all while waiting plus got charged almost $4 for a simple copy.. didnt purchase copy btw not worth it...#NotAHappyCustomer

His customer service was excellent and what he didnt know he asked a supervisor to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed. Ad said same day delivery if ordered by 2 PM - store said 24 hours and product was ready 25 hours later. Ad said 20% off posters and signs, store charged full price. This stores staff is not interested in customer service, they are interested in making a point - the point being that they are not interested in customer service.

Didnt have refills on a product the sell (Tul) disappointed.

CONSUMERS & BUSINESSES BEWARE!!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS STORE AT ALL COSTS. Worst customer service...EVER!!! Management and employees are VERY rude and do not care about taking care of their customers. This isnt one experience, both my wife and myself have had several interactions with this store in the last 3 weeks and weve gotten nothing but a runaround from their store management regarding a substantial credit. They promise to follow-up and they dont follow through with what they say. They dont even deserve a 1 star rating!!!

Every time Ive gotten something laminated there, its been a bad experience. Ive had a few posters messed up, an employee made fun of what I got laminated and once I had to wait a whole week for something they said would take less than 24 hours

I really like being able to order online and pick up my items instead of walking around the store.

Their customer service is terrible and they make you feel like a complete idiot if you dont know exactly what you are looking for. Paul was my agent and I give two thumbs down.

If youre interested in artsy stuff, just go to hobby lobby. The artist selection here at office Depot is just not good, and they are quite expensive.

I normally use office depot in loveland. The store in Greeley is resistant to businesses needs and customer service . I have never had one good experience with the Greeley store and the young lady who is in charge of the print department.I have had to drive to loveland to meet our needs of over $100 in blue prints to be printed even tho its a 40min drive.LOVELAND STORE
