I called to ask a question regarding my w2s. The lady on the other end of the phone proceeded to tell me Im being charged 15 dollars for my w2s because they dont work for free and paper costs money!! Are you kidding me? Global pandemic and shes charging me 15 bucks to reprint w2s that I never received. Its not like I moved or lost them. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Shameful representation of your company. Ill be sure everyone i know in business hears of this. I should have just waited to speak with Nancy

We have used this office for a few years now. We always have wonderful service and he does a good job handling our taxes.

Ron the owner is extremely arrogant and after 9 years under previous owner we had to fire his firm. He made mistakes in our taxes which cost us an audit and huge fines. He blamed his staff, previous owner and then demanded his fee. We sat down and thought we worked things out but he failed to get us w2’s in a timely manner and only after pressure were we able to get quarterly tax reports. He is really good at sales but an awful accountant.If you want an accountant or office you have to call constantly to do follow up, this is the right place for you. Customer service is awfull.
