Hakeem is an outstanding installer of the safety stair unit. He is knowledgeable, caring, compassionate and empathetic. He explained the technology of the system so our older parents could understand and were anxious to use the chair. He was timely and cleaned up all debris. He completed the install in about 90 minutes and it appeared like the unit had been there forever.I strongly recommend Accessible Systems of Northern Colorado for chair lifts for impaired individuals. Jessie is an excellent sales person who explained everything to my parents and did not try to upsell them items or features they did not need. They deserve 10 stars not simply 5 stars!

We hired Accessible Systems to complete a basement bathroom remodel project. The project involved demolition, bringing framing, electrics, and plumbing up to code, and installing a custom Onyx system shower. I had started the project but ran into medical problems so had to hire professionals to do the work and who possessed expertise that I did not have. We learned of Accessible Systems by calling the Onyx factory as we could not find any local installers who could do the work before sometime in the summer. After speaking to Mike French, he promised us they could do the work and meet our timeline. Mike sent Nick Clemmons, an experienced builder, who was able to perform all phases of the job and keep it moving forward. Thanks to him, the electrician from Kitzman Electric, and Ken, all work was completed at a high standard of finish that we are well satisfied with. Not only was the work professional but the attention to detail and final cleanup were excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Accessible Systems to anyone undertaking a bathroom remodel or a project to install safety equipment. We also appreciated the workers respect for our requests and for maintaining the tidiness of our home despite all the mess associated with construction materials, drywall, and painting. We are so grateful for what was accomplished.

One successful installation of a transfer pole led to an order of three more!All of them were installed by Hakeem Scott, a delightful, friendly, and most competent technician. He arrived on time, had the necessary items and tools to complete the jobs. He listened to where we wanted the poles and made sure that the proper studs were in place to give the support required for a safe use. He was masked, picked up left over parts and tools and was knowledgeable about the product. We were pleased with the outcome.

They also violated my protected address, which was the biggest deal.It shouldn’t take 9 months after approval to set up an install. Then they say they broke his equipment and have to reorder it?! Are you kidding me?! This company is Completely unprofessional and is causing my disabled son to go without his Medical equipment after they were paid MONTHS AGO by his waiver for the equipment that they took almost 8 months to install. I then get a call after they installed it from the manager threatening me, telling me to remove My review. Haha. No, I won’t do that. I’d highly suggest to call another agency.The only positive that came out of this experience is the installer was very kind, and was obviously just subcontracted out, which I will leave a positive review for his company separately.

I have a heart full of gratitude for all of the amazing people at Accessible Systems who came to our rescue in time of great frustration and need. My brother came home from rehab non weight bearing and needed to be moved from place to place. The lift we purchased was on backorder and Jesse found a lift in the warehouse to loan to us. Unfortunately, this lift stopped working properly in the first few days. Jesse sent Hakeem and Kenny to try to repair it and they worked for several hours with the tech support person from the lift company to fix the issue. Their Herculean efforts could not fix it and they took it to their shop. We rented an interim lift from a local company that barely let us safely move my brother. The loaner lift was deemed non-repairable and so we decided to upgrade to the same type of lift and ditch the one on backorder. Jesse got that lift in record time and Hakeem built and tested it before delivering it to us.I am also grateful to Leslie for her kind and empathetic customer service that felt more like a good friend on the other end of the phone. She, Jesse, Hakeem and Kenny heard our life story and talked me off of a few ledges during a very hard and anxiety filled time. They blessed our lives with their empathy and genuine caring and I will never forget it. They will always have my business and my friendship.

Had a chair lift installed for my mom. I was worried about finding a reputable company that wouldn’t take advantage of our situation and these guys are top notch! We recently purchased a ranch style home so that our son who has a disability could have one level living. We do unfortunately have steps into the home and going in and out has been a problem. Jesse came out and helped figure out the best plan which is a lift into the home. Jesse also cleared his schedule to build a platform because they were booked out farther than he wanted us to wait. He and Hakeem did an amazing job getting it in, and ther owner even came out to help and make sure all was well. Hakeem was really helpful and thorough in getting the lift put in for us. After working eith then they fell like friends. Our experience with the whole company has been exceptional and I have no hesitation in referring them to work with anyone.

Accessible Systems knows mobility systems and related items extremely well. Needed a chair lift for a family member and they were able to set an appointment quickly and were on time. Not only that but they understood exactly what was needed and found a workable solution at a reasonable price. In fact their quote came in at less than the competition for the same Bruno product. The representative was very personable as well as very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. The installer did an excellent job and there were no dents, nicks or damage to the house. If we require additional help with mobility issues I will call on them again.

Mike and Nick were both great to work with on our bathroom remodel. It was a big project, for us at least, with walls, bathtub and existing tile removed from bathtub and floor and involved plumbing, electrical as well as carpentry work. Nick is a good communicator and kept us up to speed on his work and checked with us frequently before proceeding when he had questions. We will use them again with our next project and we highly recommend them to others.

They are very easy to use, quiet and very safe.Bottom line, this system allowed my parent to return home which is great for everyone.

Accessible Systems installed grab bars in my rental for an older tenant who was recovering from an auto accident. I was impressed with them from the initial contact, through the installation. Employees were courteous and knowledgeable. The process was fast and easy. They offered a great selection of grab bars, allowing me to choose something that would look appropriate (I had done a full bathroom remodel only a year prior). The installation was not conventional, this property has metal studs and double layered drywall, but the installer knew exactly what he was doing. Aside from being competent, the installer was clean and had excellent “soft skills” that I noticed while he was speaking to my tenant about my tenant’s hobbies. Accessible Systems helped my tenant stay in his home, added value to my property, reduced my liability, and made me personally look really good! I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Joe was very professional and consulted with my husband and myself in regards to how we wanted the door hinges set. This was important to my husband as he was a contractor/carpenter and was specific on how he felt the door should be adjusted while preserving its 1936 uniqueness. Found out 3 days before hand that my husband was going to be released from the hospital wheelchair bound. His ability to walk, if he will ever walk again, was non existent. They came out quickly and explained so many things that I never even thought about.Then they quickly managed to squeeze my choices in because of the short turn around. Friendly staff. When they came to our home to remove our old lift the work was completed neatly. Explored troubleshooting options when they experienced problematic situations while installing the new lift. Turn around time of receiving the lift and follow-up service response time is slow.

What a wonderful experience. My 98 year old mother-in-law became unable to ascend the stairs. I contacted 3 different stair lift companies in the area and got quotes from each. Mike French of Accessible Systems came out to evaluate our stairs and offer suggestions. Mike spoke my langue while the others only spoke sales person.Mike listened to my needs and in the end we came up with a solution. I was kept updated on the process. On the day of instillation Jesse came out with a helper. Both Jesse and his helper were very professional and had the lift installed in no time. They left my house exactly as they found it, no cleanup for me, just a fantastic lift that my mother-in-law has used and is so happy with.

My wife and I reached out to accessible systems to help us with changes we needed to make in our house due to my physical disability that is progressive. They met with us and were great to work with on coming up with ideas and plans we need to make to our house.One of our projects we needed was to remodel our master bedroom bathroom to make it usable for me. The shower, sink, and toilet needed to be accessible to me. Josh was given the task of doing the work to remodel the bathroom. Josh has been great to work with. The bathroom is on a second floor. Joshs was up and down the stairs hundreds of times working and moving supplies up and down the stairs. Thousands of steps a day. I talked with Josh each morning when I was here. Josh kept me updated on the progress and his schedule. He was open to discussing Ideas with me and my wife as the the work progressed. When we bought our two ramps in June, your salesman promised that we would be able to use both screen doors. But the installer said neither would be usable, and when he finished, our front storm/screen door had to be propped open - it couldnt even close. And our back door screen was totally unusable, as well. After several calls to the salesman, he finally returned and adjusted the front-door ramp so that the door would close He promised to return to make the back door ramp right, but never did. After numerous calls, with messages left for him he never returned, I finally gave up and weve just lived with no screen door on the back. So much for promises and for getting what you paid for!

Jeremy did a great job fixing both our elevator and our electric door. He made it out to our house within the week and very quickly solved both problems. Plus he was super nice

Since they are only a few miles from our home in Evans, we decided to contact them and it has been the best decision we made. Jesse has been great to work with from accessing our needs, presenting our options and working with us on prices plus is very knowledgeable about the 5 star company, Bruno, that builds the stair lifts installed by Accessible Systems. We chose to have them install 3 straight line lifts which took Jesse and a new trainee around 6 hours to complete. They were very considerate & careful and made sure we understood exactly how to operate it before leaving.We have had the stair lift in our home for 2 weeks and are VERY happy.
