We are traveling, we were here for a week to see family, and headed back to Arkansas. On Sunday we noticed fluid leaking, and was not comfortable traveling for 2 days back home. I contacted advanced auto pros and explained our situation. I had contacted no less than 10 shops trying desperately to get someone to squeeze us in. This was the only shop that could or would. They give me an honest diagnosis, and get my car in the shop the same day. If you are looking for an honest mechanic in Greeley, look no further.

This is the place my mom used before she moved out of state. Before she left she had me bring in my car to fix the death rattle and fix the wiper blades to make my vehicle safe again. They got the work done fast and when I picked my car up it was like a new vehicle again. They even said when I needed new wiper blades again, it was on them! I don’t live in Greeley, but my mom purchased a customer care card for me that comes with 4 free oil changes. So of course when I needed one, I made an appointment and told them about how I wasn’t sure what time I’d get off work and be able to drive out there and I was told that if I got off earlier I could bring it by and just let them know. Well, I didn’t get a chance to call them from work, but I brought my car down anyway and got there an hour before my actual appointment. And since I didn’t live in town I was making calls to see if anyone could come get me for awhile, not being able to I went inside and said I was going to have to wait. I was offered a lawn chair so I could sit outside and smoke while I waited, and they got my car in and out before I got any response from my sister. Best experience I’ve ever had getting an oil change, and only paying the sales tax just topped the cake! I live in Loveland and they’re on the opposite side of Greeley, but I will be taking my car there from now on!

Great place to go! Will be bringing all of my vehicles here. Recently bought a new car and had taken it in to a couple shops each saying I need new struts, tires, and shocks when I called advanced auto pros to get a quote on their prices they stated their concern that struts and shocks although expensive are commonly oversold and they would like to take a look first and give me their opinion. I honestly don’t know much about cars I know enough to keep it running and that’s it, but moving from the coast I needed to find a reliable mechanic or shop that would be straight forward with me and not use my lack of knowledge of cars as a cash grab.The people at advanced auto pros helped explain shocks and struts and that although my shocks could be changed due to mileage the most important thing is the struts. They quoted me a reasonable price and even took the time to get my new tires from M+Os next store and worked the price of the tires into the price of the struts. Once finished they gave me an itemized list and an explanation of the cost which although a little more expensive than another place on the other side of town I felt comfortable knowing my car is in good hands and I have an awesome warranty on my tires from M+Os!

Great shop. Theyre friendly, take good care of my car, very thorough, and they charged way less than Honda of Greeley would have for some engine work they did on my car. They explain what your car needs and why in laymans terms, without pressuring you or adding unnecessary repairs, and they always tend to get the work done pretty quickly. I always get a thank you note for my business the next day, which is a nice personal touch that shows how much they appreciate their customers. I like the option of having shuttle service as well. No complaints here!

I purchased an annual plan for maintenance. Part of that included four free oil changes. I booked the appointment online while traveling for business in Oregon. Pulled in on the day of and in less than an hour, my oil was changed and I had a prioritized list of things to do next on my 11 year old car. I had to have the rear main seal replaced on my Pontiac Torrent. I took it into Advanced Auto Pros and they did the job for a really fair price. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. A few months later I noticed that my car was leaking oil again. I took it in and they assured me they would take care of it under warranty. Joel went the extra mile to do some things that werent absolutely necessary, but he told me he wanted to be sure it wouldnt happen again. I really trust them and they take great care of their customers. They also provide a shuttle to take you home which is very helpful. The shuttle driver even made an extra trip to return my cell phone that I head left in my car!

This is a shop that goes above and beyond . When their garage bay doors are open, just take a look inside. Everything is neat and orderly. We have had three vehicles serviced here so far. One of those vehicles needed extensive mechanical work. Everything was done right the first time at a fair price. They even have a courtesy shuttle.

This was my first experience with Advanced Auto. It was so refreshing to talk to an experienced professional. No only did they get me in the next day, they performed the needed repairs on time and on budget. They were courteous and didnt make any additional repairs without contacting me first. I may have finally found an honest repair shop.

It was a pleasant surprise to go here for my oil change. I always see their coupons for a 12.99 oil change for first time customers. When I went in, the man behind the counter was extremely nice and helpful and offered for me to come back during their shuttle hours if I needed to do something that afternoon. They didnt try to up-sale me on anything extra like a lot of other oil change spots. Over-all I liked their service and I plan on returning for other services. Also, when you sign up with them they send you a neat newsletter with coupons and recipes, its cute.

These guys tried to tell me they had to order my part from California and it was $300. Air fuel ratio sencer only can get it from the manufactior in California... Its a O2 sencer $69 at O Riellys right down the street...

We found Advanced Auto Pros when we had taken our car to the dealership for repairs. After three tries they still didnt fix the problem. Advanced Auto knew the trouble wed had and discounted the repair for us and had it fixed right the first time. Three cars later, weve really enjoyed the punch cards. Its nice to be able to pay upfront for oil changes and weve always used at least $100 additional services from the other discounts on the punch card too.Additionally, they have always been upfront with us about which services need to be done and which can wait.

This is the only place I trust to take my car. When I go here, I know my car will taken care of. The people here do not talk down to me, and do not try to sell me anything. I find it hard to find reliable mechanics, but I absolutely trust Advanced Auto Pros when it comes to my vehicle.

My first visit to Advanced Auto Pros was last year when I was referred to them buy M & O Tires, from whom I purchase all of my tires. While I was waiting for my wheel alignment, which came at a very reasonable cost, I was speaking with the front office attendant and great customer relations Pro named Brooke, I purchased for $100 a discount coupon for a variety of services totalling about $600 in discounts.One of the discounts which came at no cost was a 105 point inspection. This inspection revealed the three problems I brought my car in to have attended to plus two more that I was not aware of. Without any pressure whatsoever, Joel and Brooke handed me a detailed estimate of the five items that needed to be attended to along with the cost of each. I decided to have one of those issues attended to immediately while making an appointment to have the others attended to in the next 3 weeks. I dropped my car off yesterday and by the end of the day all of the items were completed. When I was picked up by their van and returned to AAP, I was presented with my bill, which came at exactly the quote made three weeks earlier, and then Joel went through the items and applied all of the discounts which came off of the discount coupon I bought earlier in the year. This was an amazing shock, so professionally handled. I just cant believe how excellent this shop is and I just couldnt say enough good things about them.

I have brought my car here several times for different things that were wrong with it. The staff has always been very helpful and friendly. They make sure you understand everything completely before they start any work on your vehicle so there are no surprises. I really like that they send pictures of what is broke. For those of us who are not mechanically inclined it really helps.

I have lived here for almost 8 years now and I have been through many challenges with my car as it is getting older but one thing I always remember is this place. If i have a problem they get me in as soon as possible, they are so kind and generous. This last time my car broke down and I didnt have reliable transportation they were able to give me a lift home no charge. I trust these guys one hundred percent and would recommend them to anyone needing help in the auto department.

They have wasted my time multiple days when I made appointments early in the morning, for a job they didnt do right the first time. Didnt even get to look at my vehicle today when I made an appointment last week for 8 in the morning.The first time I took it in they messed up the alignment so bad putting things back together (on a Friday) I had to take it to a shop 1st thing on a Saturday morning (theyre closed weekends) to have the alignment done.Extremely unsatisfied. Huge waste of time and money.

I called ahead, knowing what the problem was with my vehicle. Joel quoted me $275 which seemed reasonable since 2 other shops quoted my $300. When I brought the vehicle in, the other gentleman at the counter helped me. He called me a few hours later and told me the cost would be $588, more than double what I was originally quoted. I told him about my conversation with Joel and he said he would call me back. An hour later, Joel called me back, said sorry, told me he put the wrong year in the computer when he quoted me. However the other year has the same engine and the parts are the same. So I called BS on that one. They didnt offer to honor the first price, so I asked them to bring the vehicle back to my home. When it arrived, there was blue ink pen on the seat, my bug shield was cracked in half (it already had a slight crack, but wasnt broken like that), and there was a greasy foot print on my bumper. I drove it back to them, to try to settle the problems wed had all day. Joel was very kind. He and another guy tried fixing the bug shield, but their repair didnt even hold until I got home. While I was inside trying to arrive at a reasonable solution, the other gentleman blew up and told me to leave. It seems it was easier for him to be a jerk than provide good customer service. I suggest going elsewhere.

They remember me by name, and I firmly believe that they take care of my car the same way they would take care of their own vehicles! You know how sometimes you want to keep a really good secret place to yourself? Thats why I almost dont want to tell you about these guys. They rock. We only buy used cars EVER and they have been taking care of our gems for more than 20 years. From when we had our babies to when those babies grew up to own their own cars - they have taken care of ALL of them. We have 5 cars in our family now and Advanced Auto Pros keeps them going, always in the most affordable way possible. Before we buy any used car we take it to them for inspection. On more than one occasion they have saved us from buying a lemon. On the VERY RARE occasion a mistake was made (they are human, after all) they have stepped right up and rectified it immediately. Treat them well, bring them some beer or burritos once in a while and you will feel like you have your best friend fixing your car for you :-)

Brooke was the only person who was honest with me about what was going on with my car. I consistently received different messages from different people I talked to (i.e. pricing, time for service, what the issue is) and I am very underwhelmed with the service provided.

I recently took my volvo there. when I took the car in I went into extensive detail about how I severely damaged the inside of my engine with a piece of porcelain from a spark plug and I needed them to tell me exactly what was damaged and how much it would cost me to fix it. After I took the car they charged me $156 just to tell me they couldnt run a full diagnosis on the engine because they dont work on foreign engines...... THEN WHY did they even entertain the idea of me bringing my car in if they knew they wouldnt be able to tell me exactly what was wrong and also they they wouldnt be able to fix it. SCAM! That is such a dishonest thing to do. I was able to talk the bill down half way but I feel like they took my money knowing they couldnt help me. DO NOT GO HERE

Our pick-up broke down on our way out of town so we called Joel at Advanced Auto Pros. He sent a tow truck and towed the truck to the shop and in a short time the technician had the problem diagnosed. They got our part ordered and had us back on the road.We have been bringing our vehicles here for years. The customer service is always exceptional. AAP did a great job on my LRR [Little Red Roadster]. I was early for my appointment and the finished early. Cost was average for an oil change with 100% synthetic. Their multi-point inspection was thorough. With one exception. Each tire had a different air pressure.
