We had asbestos siding removed and Xtract Environmental was a great company to work with........from the contract phase all the way to cleanup. The field people were hardworking, efficient and just nice guys when we stopped to see how things were going. Office staff were likewise very nice and helpful. I would definitely use Xtract again in the future and highly recommend them.

I called around to a couple different asbestos removal places and Xtract was the first company that understood what I needed. They quickly came out to remove the amount of asbestos I saw in my home. Then after tearing down a wall, I came across some more hidden asbestos. I called them and they had excellent communication and came out right away to remove it even though it was beyond what we agreed on. I dont normally write reviews, but this was some of the best customer service I have experienced And they really make your health their number one priority.

They were great completing the asbestos abatement for my 100 years old property! Ashley and Cody were very quick and friendly providing the estimates and proposal and then Joel, Aron, Blake and Mario were efficient and also friendly doing the abatement keeping me Informed during the process. I strongly recommend them!

Mario and Cody are true professionals. Our basement was full of asbestos tiles and asbestos drywall, the team at Xtract took great care not to scratch the hardwood floors upstairs, they taped everything including my new oak stairs just so the new finishes were in the same condition after the crew was finished! I have since recommended Cody and Mario to friends who need abatement work completed. I would most certainly use Xtract for future work if needed.

We found tile in my basement crumbling under my carpeting hot with asbestos that would need major abatement before replacing the flooring. These guys came in and took care of the entire project in less than THREE days. They were able to get the work done quickly without really affecting our life, and Cody went out of his way to secure permits quickly for us in order to keep the project ahead of schedule. These guys are great!

Cody the owner was honest reliable and cared about his work. He did not need any micromanagement. In fact I left him the key and he took care of the rest. We had to clean a major asbestos spill with some of the hardest state inspectors involved. Cody finished the job, period.
