Hard to give it a 5 when they keep getting rid of favorites after a few months but that is also what keeps me coming back to see new things also there are some SERIOUS GRIPES when it comes to checking out. If you want to pay cash be prepaired to wait in line for 10-15 minutes. If you want their sams only mt dew good luck its its always out. Even self check out is frustrating when trying to buy a few things. All in all its a fun store to shop and browse to see the new stuff. Love the snack bar when your hungry while shoppin. Take a lil break and have a snack so you dont just buy all junk food.

Ordered tires here and spent almost $600. I had to wait 3 days for them to come in which wasn’t bad. The day of my appointment I paid the money I had owed for my tires and it took 2 hours and then they tell me The tire technician cut my new tire and they would have to order me a new one to be put on. Well this time around I waited 5 days for Anyone to call me and tell me my tire arrived. On day five I called the store over and over and over trying to get through to the tire shop and when I did get through the phone just rang and nobody picked up so being frustrated I finally just went to the store and asked if they had my tire yet. Big surprise my tire was sitting there and nobody called me. Considering I already paid for my tires and I didn’t receive them and had to wait five more days for one tire to come in. You think they would’ve been reaching out to me to get this taken care of. this was horrible customer service and I will never buy tires from Sam’s club again. I recommend you not waste your money here or your time.
Ordered a Birthday cake for this weekend and it was easy to do. Picked up other items in the store as well. No c.f. e store and always clean environment.
Took for ever to Go to the concessions line only one person working seems like he has one speed slow snail speed hurry up and wait nobody mattered inconsistent is his motto take your time make everybody wait worst customer service there is. An update today it’s February 2 took 20 minutes to get to the line due to the fact that someone had to go look for a camera somewhere that they couldn’t find only one cash register open to Take cash so I had to be totally inconvenience and wait forever not worth it really

Generally theyre really great. Pickup has been awesome, just dont schedule to pickup in the morning. But they have been giving a free item to people who pickup, so thats a perk.
Employee/stocker was excellent.... he was very polite and actually went with me to make sure I found the items I could not locate.. instead of giving me vague directions or brushing me off like some other stores often do.

I work at Sams in club pickup. There curb side service is fast and right on time. The store is clean with a great staff and is ran like the customer is the most important thing in the world witch they are. I would recommend that you do all your shopping needs with Sams club.

Made appointment for installation of four tires a week ago. Ordered tires and made appointment while standing at the counter at Sams Club. Salesperson talked me into a particular brand of tires which I appreciated and he made appointment for me for 5:00 today (Saturday, November 14). When I arrived....no appointment....no record of my tires....except the email I showed the guy at the counter that I received last week from Sams Club thanking me for my order. These would have been my 4th set of tires from Sams Club. NEVER AGAIN!

The Great Falls Sam’s Club always has one and only one person working in the concessions stand. It can take a half hour or more just to get a pop cup. It’s totally ridiculous. The man in line in front of me just gave up and walked away.

Sams club is a great place to buy bolk things the local one here seems to be out of toilet paper because of the crazed pandemic selections on food is pretty decent limited on canned vegetables but for this great false location seems to do good

New to town and am astonished on how disrespectful the staff was during my girlfriend and I’s visit today. My girlfriend ordered some photos more than a month ago and when we were asking an employee for help, we were directed to Stacy, who wears a green vest. Stacy was rude from start to finish about our questions, waving her arms around and saying “okay what do you want me to do about it”. We just wanted to know who to contact to get 4 photos we ordered over a month ago. Also staff let several customers in without a mask, despite an executive order. I would not recommend a trip if you plan on needing customer service. To really demonstrate how poor our experience was, this is my first google review. Congrats Stacy and Sam’s Club of Great Falls.

We are hard core Costco people but decided to switch to Sam’s club since the nearest Costco is an hour and a half away. I enjoy how similar their in store selection is, but I cannot stand how long it takes to check out... the workers talk to EVERY customer for about 10 mins even when there’s a long line, which I get building relations with people but holy moly it takes me 30 mins to stand in line and get the heck out! We started using the scan and go but unfortunately that’s not available for the food court! wish their food court had a pick up section (like Costco) so I can go up, get my food, and scaddadle. But today took 30 mins in just the food court line with only three people in front of us! Bizarre.

Sams club was pleasant. They caught a box of cereal I missed at the door check. thankfully they were very gracious about it. That would have been bad. I live an hour away to have to return to pay for what ai missed. Thanks Sams worker.
Love all the variety
Sams Club had only one indoor antenna which required mounting either on the tv or on the wall. It was difficult to locate in the store. Even the associate had trouble finding it. I was most disappointed
Some favorite food items missing but other that and the times right now good shopping.
We almost always find what were looking for at reasonable prices. We dont like being forced into using self-checkout and the line for the single human manned register goes all the way across the front of the store.

I used to shop here weekly. I loved this store and they always have great deals. The reason Im giving them five stars is because I cant give them more. I fell in love with a brand of coffee they only carry in this location. When I moved away I looked everywhere for it but Sams only ships from the location nearest where you want it shipped to. My wife called the store and a manager shipped me 4 bags of the coffee. She was so nice to do this. I didnt even pay shipping. She was awesome!! Thank you everybody at this store. I never ran into a rude or rushed employee hereI wish it was right around the corner from me still. Every time I shopped here I left a happy customer.

Well, it was a disappointment as the place seemed so run down and customer service was bad. Customers had to go to the parking lot and get their own carts, as nobody bothered to bring them in, although many were lined up against a concrete wall. The restrooms were dirty, with toilet paper strewn all over the floor. I tried to get an employee to help me at the pharmacy, but she was on her cell phone and couldnt be bothered. I tried to get another young man to help us at check out, but he was visiting with another employee and couldnt be bothered either!
I usually have good experiences here, but I recently showed up at 9:30 am on a weekday and they seriously wouldn’t let me enter the store. They were only open to “plus members” before 10 am. There was a blizzard going on and I had my toddler in tow. I have been a member for 10 years, asked if they could make an exception this one time and the lady at the door still said no 👎On another visit, the woman working the self checkout started talking to me about extremely personal things that I honestly did not want to hear about. Made me super uncomfortable and she wouldn’t stop talking so I had to cut her off and tell her we were in a hurry and needed to leave.
Im not sure how one shops for a family and not shop at a Costco or a Sams Club. As we would rather shop at a Costco I do have to admit the SC here in Great Falls runs a pleasantly close second. Especially with the new online shopping app that allows you to scan the individual items one chooses and they are automatically debited from your account. You grab what you need, scan it and go directly to the exit to be looked up and down and then released. (Yes, I was making a joke). Fare bulk prices. Always clean and well staffed with people who are always helpful. We shop at Sams Club religiously twice a week...
So as I am in retail I know the importance of customer satisfaction. Today on a Saturday possibly their busiest day of the week and the day before Easter, they seem to be doing some type of inventory and blocking of several isles ( for safety of customer I realize) HOWEVER this is a piss poor day to do the busy work when customers are expressing their frustration to other shoppers.Maybe a better scheduling in the future may turn this review around ???

Eager future Costco member.The big picture-Customer service here is atrocious, dont get me wrong I have encountered more good employees than bad but I can sense their frustration, every department I have encountered seems understaffed. Had to wait in the customer service line multiple times for 20-30 minutes with only one person behind the counter trying to answer the phones while dealing with lines of 5-10 people while they look absolutely miserable trying to cope. Phones are very seldom answered by the department you are trying to reach or by the customer service desk when no one picks up thanks to the phone system bouncing you around.A deal to good to be true-The website could not manage to take an order for tires I was trying to place. Tech support couldnt solve the problem, told me to call and it took 3 days of calling an average of 10 times per day to order. Ended up having to go pay for order in person anyways. After 2 weeks of waiting for tire order to come in I placed a bunch more calls trying to check just to find out my order wouldnt be filled and the tires were discontinued and was told they left a message but no missed calls and no message. Had to wait in the customer service line for a refund again.Fast food (in under an hour)-Do yourself a favor and order a slice of pizza if you must eat here. I would never recommend buying a hot dog here around lunch time or on a weekend. For some reason they only seem to have two brave employees serving food behind the counter. Sams Club seems to have very strict hot dog prep in which they are only allowed to cook the hot dogs one at a time in luke-warm water. Aforementioned dog, then must be probed by a digital thermometer to determine if it has reached the temperature of a recently deceased corpse several times before being thrown back in the vat. In the event that the dog does achieve the lofty target of room temperature it is then slapped in a bun, wrapped in foil and placed upon the counter. With no number called, no name read, no receipt shown, only the most ravenous and aggravated customer will prevail in retrieving the slowest of cooked mystery meat. Tensions slowly rise like the temperature of the very wieners being heated as others recoil from the murderous stares of those waiting obscene amounts of time for a tasty tube of unmentionable animal parts. Once you have prevailed in retrieving your meal, nearly defeated by the hoards of starving patrons you may struggle to find a seat. Never mind the dried ketchup stains resembling the aftermath of a gruesome stabbing all over the tables. Youll probably end up getting some of it on you but too tired to care at this point. Just lay out some napkins and hope for the best... it cant get much worse.The culture-The customers here also seem to have the worst parking lot etiquette in town as well. Parking directly in front of the store/crosswalk for 15-20 minutes while waiting for someone when they have a loading zone. Customers not returning carts, instead leaving them full of trash and free to careen into your vehicle when there seems to be a cart return every 30 feet throughout the parking lot.The rub-Somehow they have managed to cultivate an even worse shopping experience than Walmart and charge a membership fee on top of it all.Its a fine balancing act between convenience and testing my patience of how much I am willing to put up with as a consumer.

Great Sams Club is a one stop shop. They have excellent competitive pricing, knowledgeable management, and very clean and friendly atmosphere. One improvement that can be made, is more associate training. With turnover so high, its hard to be an all around, or jack-of-all-trades, without proper and timely training!

Well heres my review for truck drivers who deliver to this horrible unbalanced low work ethic. My day starts woke up got here one hour early. First one to arrive. My appointment was 9am I checked in the office 8am. 3 trucks roll up. Well let me tell you its already 930am. They take 3 trucks before me. It then took 4 hours to get to the door. So my check would have been decent but now since the lack an effort of the fork lift drivet who seems completely disorganized. Even those 3 truckers who got ahead of me had even said this guy loaded wrong product an the product was delivered to a whole different shipper. How this man keeps his job is beyond me. THIS IS A WARNING FOR ANY DRIVERS OUT THEIR DELIVERING HERE. WATCH OUT MIGHT SIT FOR A LONG WHILE.
