Friendly and understanding staff, easy to get in for appointments, and Dr. Poulson knows what he is doing because he stays on top of the most current techniques and equipment. I appreciate being able to be seen in emergency situations as they will accommodate you asap. Wish they had weekend hours but you cant expect 7 days a week out of any profession, thats unrealistic. I am new to town and was looking for a great dentist. Based on his google reviews I thought I found what I was looking for. I made my husband and myself an apt. The first appointment they did not clean our teeth, they took our X-rays and gave us a VERY in depth exam that took over an hour for each of us. I didn’t come to the dentist to have my thyroid palpated, my airways examined, and all the other tiny details he rattled off. I only wanted my teeth cleaned and checked for cavities. We have decent dental insurance through MetLife. At any other dentist we have never been billed more than $60 for X-rays, cleaning, and an exam. Even though they asked for all our insurance information they failed to tell us that they are not an insurance provider and that all costs would be out of network. I was just told our bill is over $480 for only X-rays and an exam! Moral of the story, don’t expect him to be like most other dentists, and make sure you find out what they will be charging you for a “new patient exam”.

Super informative! The staff is so nice and accommodating. Everyone takes the time to make sure you know what is going on. Ive never had a dentist so involved and interested in the many facets of dentistry. Justins knowledge is evident in the work he does. I encourage you to visit him. It will be unlike any dentist visit you have ever had!

Great place, kind, professional, clean. Care about patients. Last year I broke a tooth and they got me in an taken care of promptly. With regular appointments I rarely have emergencies with my teeth but glad they are there for both situations.

I would highly recommend Dr.Poulson and his entire staff. I was given all of my information and forms far ahead of time, even able to complete them electronically and skip the paperwork day of. The front desk staff greeted me and held a conversation until my appointment began. My exam was comfortable and elaborate, checking for things no dentist had ever done. They gave me a clear and concise plan to resolve my dental issues and gave me clear indication what my options are. I didn’t feel pressured or judged in any way. All of my dental needs will go through this practice.

Love this dental office!!! Its clean, everyone is so friendly, straight forward, knowledgeable and they truly care! There is never any pressuring to get things done but they do offer you cost assessments, different options and work with insurances. If you are self pay they are great about letting you know what your cost will be and flexible with scheduling appointments around times that work for you! I highly recommend them to anyone how is in need of a dentist!!

I hadnt been to a dentist for 10 years... I was anxious and embarrassed. Dr. Poulson and his awesome crew of ladies were SO encouraging, patient and gentle. Not only did they ease my jitters, but occasionally, Dr. Poulson would even tell me jokes to ease my nerves. My favorite is when he serenades patients as he drills your face off. Jokes. They are so, SO gentle, accomodating, and actually care about your comfort. But he really will frequently sing along to the overhead music. He doesnt have a bad voice, but hes a better dentist. 😏I cannot express, strongly enough, how much I recommend them. They remember your name, they take wonderful care of you, and set you up for dental success.One other note is that I live in Lewistown and we have some wonderful dentists here, but it is worth the drive to see Dr. Poulson.At one point, they needed to shade match a tooth replacement of mine and instead of asking me to come all the way back, Dr. Poulson drove to Lewistown to meet me on a weekend. Talk about service!!!This office has completely changed the future of my oral care life! Thank you, THANK YOU!!!
