Can sum up our two years of experience with this organization with three words. LIE AFTER LIE. Esp. our case worker Tammy and her supervisor Cami. Cannot be believed. These kids deserve so much more.

They are too hard to get in contact with and it takes hours to wait in line for getting to speak with a case worker. Then you are told its all taken care of and get letters saying its not. It took almost four months to add my brothers children and now is taking 5 months to add my grandchildren. After yes once again being told they have all they need

Theyre not very organized and make a lot of mistake that they make you pay for

They could use more people at the windows

Always takes 3 hours to get anything done

Great staff
