We would love to give this place a 5 start rating but our issue was the front office. Back office is grate so helpful! When its time to talk over the bill is different. They blame everything on your insurance company and make up dates to make it sound that they are communicating with them. They really talk down to you and make you feel as if you dont know what you are talking about over all just makes you feel awful for asking questions. We are understanding that insurance clams takes time but really should have more feeling and try to help verse just pushing you off to the next.

From the time I entered Hanger Clinic in Great Falls until I left with my product I was treated with full respect.

My Husband went because he has diabetes and a Vet they fixed him up with shoes... Also if you need a prosthesis they are ready to help you out..I needed some shoes fit and I am very Happy with the results, am on my second pair of shoes .. and would recommend them highly .Lena A
