Its a corporate lube shop, so if youve been to one, youve been to them all. Biggest change is this ones waiting area and staff.Thankfully, they do have a small waiting area (just a bench) but its more then the other walmart. They also are pretty good at telling you times. Last time i went, I was told 2 hours, and I took 1 for an oil change. It was a pleasant surprise, and Im happy I wasnt *under* sold on time

Called and said would be there in 45 minutes with flat tire and driving on spare donut with 200 miles left in trip. They said come in and they would fix it and be back on the road. Showed up and they said the were full and would have to wait 2.5 hours but no guarantee they could fix today. Then said shouldnt drive last 200 miles on donut. Thanks A..hole.

Arrived at 5:30 with a flat and they flat out refused to fix it saying they were closing in half an hour and cant. Ended up changing my tirein the parking lot.

I spent an hour waiting for my vehicle. When I went back to check on it, they had not even pulled my vehicle into the shop yet. They failed to even attempt calling me to tell me there was an issue, and I ended up being told to change my own tire in their parking lot.Edit: updated from 1 to three stars because the manager was able to get everything set up when he got involved.

My experience was absolutely horrible. I have been going there for years to get my tires changed but will no longer do so. I had just gotten my car home after getting my snow tires put on and one was flat within hours. I aired it up enough to get the car back to Wal Mart and the rude lady who came to write up the order told me that I had to have ran over something in the 3 miles it took to get to my house and that it couldnt be their fault. I told her that I just would like it looked at and she was very rude. I will never go back to their tire department.
