Dont plan on getting all of your meat back. Didnt do my homework first and brought my elk here. Someone is enjoying half of my backstraps...Tried talking to them to work something out, but that fizzled out after telling them that I ask other processors how much backstrap I should get back and they all told me twice as much as I got. I got 9lbs, 5 other processors told me it should be closer to 20. Two of the processors guessed who I used without me saying and have gotten other calls about them recently. One other hunter we encountered asked were I took my bull and when I said 406, he said Ewww, they dont have the best reputation too late at that point... Hope this helps someone.

Great prices and and even better service, these guys are awesome. It was my first time In the area from California. I took my deer in on Thursday afternoon and my flight was leaving Sunday. They had my meat processed and ready to go for me Saturday afternoon. I would highly recommend them.
