Clean and inexpensive. Ive never used their dry cleaning services, but theyre real friendly and they always have coin machines that are working and stocked.

This laundromat really isnt bad other than there are so many machines that arent working that have been like that for months

The laundry mat is great but parking lot is dangerous for the vehicle. The pot holes are huge.

This cleaner was extra clean, non crowded, and the best part the coin machine was not out of quarters. There was also an employee on site to help with any needs if needed. No complaints for this place.

My washer and dryer broke so in the mean time I wash my clothes here. It has plenty of machines although over the last week a few are out of order. Good spot with plenty of room to do laundry.

This is my go to place to do laundry. It’s been around for many many years. Nice and clean. They are always super friendly and helpful. Was doing laundry today and needed my boyfriend’s work shirt pressed in a hurry. She got it done in no time at all. 😃Keep it up Falls Cleaners.

Absolutely adore Dana! She is amazing, as well as the other staff. Laundry is done in a timely manner and isnt expensive at all. Ive been bringing in my huge comforter for several months now and each time I get it back it always smells so fresh and clean! Definitely recommend this place for needing to get big linens cleaned professionally.

We are in town because my Father-in-Law is in the hospital. Because of his illness we deep cleaned his place while he is recovering. We had about 6 loads to do. As my wife was walking in she was told by a lady, No kids under 16 year old. They even had a sign on the door that said says the new rules are due to the CDC and Cascade County Health Department. This is a lie. There is nothing from either orginization that says children under 16 cant be in these facilities. We found the laundromat at 1922 10th ave south. No problems.

The manager lady had a very hard time refunding the money I lost in a $5 machine. She blamed me for what was a mechanical issue. When I told her I was going to share on social media she relented...hummm.

There was a nasty employee - came from the back and asked us to mask up and he wasn’t even wearing one the place was totally empty we asked him why we needed to if he didn’t and he said he didn’t have to in the back. We left he followed us to door and mocked us the whole way!! So arrogant and nasty and unprofessional!!! We will never ever go back!!!!

The top loader machines are the dirtiest I’ve seen in 3 years of traveling and doing laundry coast to coast! Filthy!It IS a place you can use a big machine to get ‘er done though. The coin machine had money in it. There was a person in the attached dry cleaning place so if something went awry one could get help. The whole place seems neglected. Top loaders, many out of service dominate this place, don’t come here expecting nice front loaders. Since this seemed the best rated joint in Great Falls, we’re rocking a big machine. Laundromats are good places to take a pulse of a town of city...

This place is old & not the cleanest. I saw many machines not in working order. One of the washers I used was full of water when my cycle finished. Had to ask for help, the lady was helpful but its obvious this place needs work.

DO NOT USE FOR DRY CLEANING!!! For one thing they dont actually clean your peices at their store, they send it to an entirely different vendor. I was quoted $12 for the suit I brought in but they ended up charging me $19, in spite of not having the suit when they told me it would be ready, or for several days after. I called multiple times and left my phone number for them to call me when it WAS ready but a week later I still didnt hear from them and had to initiate contact before finding out I could come pick it up. The manager was extremely rude and completely blew me off when I complained about being charged extra despite not having the suit when I needed it, trying to justify the extra charge, among other things. She refused to accept any responsibility for not even calling me when I had asked multiple times and essentially told me over the course of nearly two weeks they couldnt call me once because theyre too busy and Im not important enough to give the courtesy. I will never EVER use this place again!!
