We got our wedding rings at Jensen jewelers. Funny story about our marriage license. Some how my mothers name appears on the license as my mother and my husbands mother. We were able to get it corrected..

Quaint little spot with a surprisingly large sum of items to choose from and a diverse cast of sales people. Clean, inviting, and usually has you leaving with a smile. I enjoy my time there and sure most would agree with me. Fun, professional, good at what they do!

Very knowledgeable assistant manager willing to drive to drop it off. He is the only reason for two stars. Received ring 2 weeks after promised by date. 4 weeks in total to receive the ring. The custom work I did was replacing the diamond for a sapphire. They told me they where doing the work in store. Shipped it out instead. Beautiful product but I cant recommend unless you are buying what you see in store and leaving with getting no other work done.

The manager Preston and the gold smith Rich are passionate about the product, industry and the relationships that they build on a daily basis. The quality of their product and service is beyond measure. Rich is a 3rd generation gold smith with a unique desire to not just turn out a product but a piece of art. They will work with you in any way they can, it is a company that is not all about the bottom line. I had a wonderful experience at Jensen’s in Great falls. After going through the ringer with multiple issues with my engagement from Zales, I decided to take it to Jensen’s after hearing such good things after a diamond fell out of the ring just a week after having it inspected at Zales. I originally tried going through Kays (Zales sister store) and Zales to get the ring fixed- but I got treated very poorly and was told the expensive warranty we purchased didn’t cover the stone falling out and that they couldn’t guarantee the ring would be fixed by the wedding. When I took it to Jensen’s, I got exceptional service, they walked me through what would need to be done, their warranty options, as well as helping me with picking out a wedding band. They had my ring fixed within an hour of us getting there, and went above and beyond to give me the best experience possible. My ring is looking better than ever and my fiancé and I both wish we would have originally gone through Jensen’s for all our jewelry! HIGHLY recommend.

They were great to work with, I have purchased multiple items from them. I dont live in Great Falls but choose to drive there for there customer service skills and great in house financing. I highly recommend!

I asked if they could solder open a necklace I bought, and take the fake stones out and put a pearl in i had gotten from my mother before she passed. They said they didnt know unless I brought it in and I explained before bringing it in if they would not be able to do it and fit the pearl in then NOT to solder it open cause i would not be able to return the necklace, I brought it in explained to the guy Preston there again same guy SPECIFICALLY If they were to solder it open and the pearl would not fit that I would not be able to return the necklace if it was soldered open and then closed again. So I asked them to call me if they could not do the job. NO CALL what did they do, they solder it open. Low and behold the pearl would not fit, so now i can not return the necklace and I still have nothing to put my moms pearl in. Also my necklace was promised to me on the 21st I had to wait till today 23 to get it cause they still did not have it. DO not promise you customers things if you can not do it on time and also follow SPECIFIC instructions. just glad my pearl was not damaged.
