One of the best haircuts Ive ever had. I have to travel for work and Ive been in dozens of barbershops across the country but Victor gave me one of the top three cuts Ive had in my life. Comparable to any big city shop youve ever been in. The Man Cave is a diamond in the landscape and Victor Padilla is a great barber.Professional, skilled, and detailed.

Great place for an overpriced terrible haircut, they rushed the cut and didnt even bother to make sure bangs were straight. They were very rough with the electric razor bashing it into my scalp repeatedly. $30 and I had to fix my own haircut. Save yourself a pile of money and go elsewhere.

I called and scheduled an appointment for my son at, what I remembered, 4:45. We got there at 4:45. We waited for 5 minutes without someone greeting us or even seeing us. I went to the Linda Michaels side and talked to them. They said they would get our stylist. We then waited back at the Man Cave side until 4:55 when our stylist came marching in and said Did you know that your appointment was for 4:30? I said, No I thought it was 4:45. She said, No I took your call and I made the appointment. It was definitely for 4:30. I remember. That was it. End of conversation. I never said she was wrong or I was right. I could have been, and probably was, wrong but she made sure I knew I was and I was S.O.L. I have never been treated with such rudeness in what should be a good service industry. I WILL NEVER SPEND ONE MORE PENNY IN THAT PLACE EVEN IF THEY HAD THE LAST HAIRCUTTING SHEARS ON PLANET EARTH AND WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE I KNOW HEARS ABOUT IT. That is why customer service is so important and you dont belittle your clients for an honest mistake that I would have gladly rescheduled if I hadnt been treated so rudely. Maybe if we had been greated when we got there 15 minutes late she could have cut his hair in the 15 minutes we were there waiting to be chastised before I left.

Ive come here on three separate occasions to get a haircut. All three times the store has been completely empty, but theyve said they cant do anything for me.

We waited for half an hour. We were checked on about 10 minutes into our wait and said it would only be a few more minutes. We waited for another 20 minutes without a word and finally walked out.

Had an appointment at 10 am, showed up and the barber wasnt there. Had to wait 30 minutes and was walked over to the Linda Michaels salon and got a cut from a girl there since the guy I made an appointment with never showed. Asked for a simple high fade and had to go somewhere else to get it fixed. Not impressed for my first time there.
