Todd was great to work with. I believe that I got a fair deal on the backhoe that we purchased.

Customer service was good initially then everything slowly got worse and was at owners conveince. Upon trying to expedite delivery of a product Klou vibratory pounder, bought and paid for it took about five months. After it showed up it broke after about 8 posts, turned out it wasnt going to work in our more rocky environment so we asked for a trade or refund and were told by the owner thatd they make it happen if they found a deal...14 months later and a phone calls in between nothing happened and we had money tied up in a piece of equipment we couldnt use and he had money he was using in the mean time. Ended up talking to him twice in person where we recorded conversations to try rectifying the situation and he was very confrontational and unprofessional, used explitives degraded character through personal verbal attack and kicked me out of his building for calling him out on some intentionally miscalculated math in regards to the Klou vibratory pounder. Long story short a equipment dealer out for himself. Recommend not shopping here. Especially not to by a Klou either. Use Wheathart or Montana pounders all day.

Good equipment

I called the owner to ask if he would honor Backou direct 10% military/first responders discount. He replied that it was “bullsh*t that Backou was doing that” and said he would not honor that discount. Obviously he does not value the sacrifices that myself and other combat veterans have made for his freedoms. If you support the military, don’t support this business. If your a vet, firefighter or policeman, talk to Backou direct for a much better deal.
