I brought in my iphone SE for a screen repair on 6/16/18. Price and service were good (especially if you book online and save a few bucks). HOWEVER, heres what I wish I had known: when you break your screen, they dont just replace the glass, they replace the whole lcd screen. And unfortunately, they are not replacing it with an Apple screen. Its a third party product, that works, but is not as bright, or perform as well. I put it next to an identical phone with an original screen, and we had to turn the brightness on the original down to about 75% to make them look identical. So the brightest my screen goes now is 25% less than what I used to have (I can barely see it if I am outside). I checked a few other places in town, and they also use 3rd party screens and cant guarantee it will function like an original. It appears the only way to get an original screen is through Apple, which means youd have to send it in, and its about $50 more. But if screen/picture/performance is important to you, I suggest sending it to Apple. If you dont really care, and just want it done cheap and fast, this place is great. By the way, they did try replacing it again for me, but it was the exact same. Im not trying to criticize their business, I just really wish I had known what I was buying so I could have made a more informed decision.

My phone started coming apart when the battery went bad and bulged. I took it to Batteries Plus and they had it repaired in under an hour and the cost was extremely reasonable. I was so pleased that I didnt have to purchase a new phone, because I really like the one I have. Thank you!

Every time I go to this store I am amazed at how nice the staff treats me and how well they do their jobs.

On Christmas Eve I took them an iPad with the audio jack jammed by a broken off plug that I couldnt remove. They fixed it within a few minutes and didnt charge me anything. Hard to beat that service.

Had screen replaced on iPhone 7 and a few hours later it started to freeze up and malfunctioning . I took my phone e back to them and they replaced the screen again at no charge and made it a priority t get my phone done fast. Great customer service
