I encountered a fleet of 3 vehicles headed north on I90 on 4/23/18. I passed the first vehicle and before I could pass the others without speeding we come upon construction. After an approximate 15 minute wait we were allowed to continue in the south bound lane in single file. The Willow Brook vehicle behind me was tailing closely and seemed upset I was going the posted 35mph. There was a gap between myself and vehicles ahead of me because I was going the POSTED LIMIT IN A CONSTRUCTION ZONE.After the construction zone ended I increased my speed greatly hoping to pull away from the vehicle that had been riding my bumper. I pulled into the left lane but the Willow Brook vehicle pulled into the right and pulled along side me. After I realized how fast I was going (15 miles above the speed limit) I slowed quickly to rid myself of the aggressive behavior and the Willow Brook vehicle finally completed the pass.I set the cruise control at 80 (posted speed limit) and continued my journey. It wasnt long until I caught up to the fleet. When I was in the left lane passing the same Willow Brook vehicle mentioned above, he laid his horn. He did this while we where passing through an underpass. It didnt seem like a normal horn, it sounded like a train. I dont know if pilot vehicles have enhanced horns or if it was echoed due to the underpass.Im going through the video/images to get a shot of the license plate, but it was a handicap plate. As I passed the Willow Brook fleet I could see the first and last trucks had handicap plates whereas the middle one did not.
