Dave and Joe and their crew were absolutely awesome! They were here early, stayed late, and did exceptional work. They were extremely conscientious about making sure the property was tidy so my dogs didnt escape the fence or get a nail or other construction debris in their feet (and anyone that knows me knows that my dogs mean the world to me!) So I really appreciated that! They communicated with me throughout the project so I knew exactly what to expect. My house looks beautiful! They are some of the nicest and hard-working people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with.

Dave and his crew did an outstanding job remodeling my basement (framing, insulation, drywall, interior doors and trim, full tile shower stall, basement windows)! He ensured all my questions were answered before we started and during the build. The quotes he gave were detailed, professional, and most importantly very competitive! We got in contact with Dave and I am so grateful to have found his business. Dave and the guys at Top Tier are great! They worked around their busy schedule to fit my bathroom remodel in and it turned out awesome! They completely gutted the bathroom and redid everything and were by far the most affordable quote I received. While they were here they were very courteous and professional. We saw the work Top Tier did on a house we drove by and decided that was who we wanted to do some masonry/stone work on the outside/inside (installed gas fireplace) of our home. Excellent craftsmanship, great communication, and the guys are friendly and professional. From the masonry work, plumber etc. it went great. My husband says Dave and the Top Tier team are awesome!!!!!

Dave and Joe with Top Tier were so wonderful to work with. We had a really small, old kitchen with plaster and all. We had our project bid by multiple contractors and Dave’s team with Top Tier was the only one willing to even look at putting in a new support beam in our attic so we could have an open concept. Dave listened to me and what I wanted done and he was always so patient and kind. I appreciated his timeliness in getting our project done and making it a priority. He did quality work and even matched our existing trim from 1927 which I love dearly! He also made my day when he successfully exposed my chimney. It’s the star feature of our kitchen now. We’ve had so many people ask about our kitchen and come over for dinners now. Thank you Dave! Highly recommend!

I began with hail damage to my home last year . My insurance adjuster listed the roof for replacement and tried to get me to settle for a paint job. Dave suggested I ask for another adjuster, as he was seeing much more damage. Long story short, Dave worked with the insurance company, and I now have new triple pane windows and new siding and A.C. His roofer got me a better type of roofing for my windy location, all work was done in a timely manner with virtually no mess in my yard . I paid for the upgrade in materials which was quite reasonable, and had Dave back to do some tile work later in the year. The house has never looked better, thank you Top Tier and Quality Construction!

We had Top-Tier install a Faux rock wall on the front of our house. Their craftsmanship was excellent as there were some tricky angles to navigate. We would highly recommend Top-Tier for any of your remodel or renovation projects.
