Great guys here. HONEST, fair labor prices and hard working. I do not deal with anyone else unless need be.

I used Carls in a pinch because they were closest to where my car died. My battery cables were corroded so they cleaned them off. There were some other issues I told them about and those issues remain unfixed. It cost me $89 and all they did was clean my battery cables!

Came in because my car was making a low grumbling noise with higher speeds that didnt matter whether I was accelerating or not, but got louder the faster I was going. I suspected a wheel bearing rod, but Im pregnant so wasnt going to lift my car myself and inspect it (my spouse is on opposite shifts). Paul at Carls took it for a test drive, lifted it, and said he stood under it and it sounded like my transmission. That boggled my mind that my car with under 80k miles had transmission issues--the issue I was having didnt line up. I asked about the wheel bearing rod and he said that was fine. I asked if it could possibly be the break pads, and he said they were fine as well. I didnt see them take the tire off so a red flag went off, but maybe I missed it, I thought. Decided to take my Nissan van to the Nissan dealership. After 20 minutes of investigating, the Nissan dealership found it to be a wheel bearing rod just as I had suspected. Thanks Carls for taking $20 diagnostic fee out of a pregnant service members pocket and trying to con me for a $4000 repair instead of a $500 repair. Rather they are dishonest or they couldnt identify an EASY car issue.

What an unbelievable experience, lads youre great. We were passing through Great Falls, MT in an F-250 and we heard a high pitched noise coming from the belt. Got to Carls right as they opened and they had us back on the road in an hour after replacing a bad part. Couldnt recommend these guys more if I tried. I have to say that this was the best experience I have ever had with an auto shop. While driving down to college, the fuel control module on my 2008 Silverado when out late at night. After spending the night in a parking lot, I called Carls at approximately 7:00, even though they didnt open for another 30 mins. They sent a tow truck immediately to me and expedited me to the front of the line due to my schedule. They got me all fixed up and back on the road in no time! I cannot speak highly enough of carls and recommend it to all

Have had good experiences in the past. The staff are mostly nice folks. The past time I was there, they did some warranty work and also checked another issue. The second issue proved too costly so i told them Id have to wait on it. The gentleman I was speaking to seemed pretty upset by that and handed me my keys and walked off without a word even after I said thanks and have a good day. Had it not been for that guy, I would have brought it back two weeks later to finish the repair. Instead, I took it to the dealership where they did the job and informed me that my air filter was missing. It was in my back seat when I picked the vehicle up from Carls so (stupidly, I admit) I thought Carls must have changed it for me and didnt mention it. Tl;dr: my car is going to the dealership from now on.

Great shop. They fixed my vehicle and charged me for the things which needed repaired with no push to have extra things fixed. It isnt easy finding honest mechanics these days, go to Carls and they will treat you right!

They towed my broken-down truck, fixed the problem and had it ready for pickup in under 2 hours...all for a very fair price. Im happy!

I think that both the staff and service at Carls Autocare is unbelievable. Paul, Hippy, and Stan all are so knowledgeable at what they do. They are always taking care of everything, and will report any problems if they come across them. But before they go ahead and fix those problems, they always asked before, and give a price, which left me with no surprises after the completed job. Carls Autocare stands by their work, and I recommend.
