FHPM has been so amazing over the last two years I’ve rented from them. Colleen is so amazing and understanding and takes care of her renters. I recommend anyone looking to rent a new home check them out. If I move back to Great Falls, I’ll be sure to contact them first.

John and Colleen are hands down some of the greatest property managers that we have ever had! They were always very prompt in addressing any of our needs or concerns. There was even 1 month that we were going to be a few days late paying rent and they waived the late fee as an early Christmas gift (since we normally paid on time)!If it were not for the fact that we are moving out of state we would continue to rent from them for sure! Their prices are reasonable and our unit(duplex) was well maintained.

I moved from NY with my family. I had no way to come and take a look into the apartment but I needed it anyway. All the rental process was completed online and over the phone. What we got exceeded our expectation. The managers couple are great people. The maintenance guy is awesome. If you are renting from them, you will never regret. Five stars are too few to rate them compared to their service.

We rented from John and Coleen at Full House Property Management for almost a year. I had my reservations at first but after meeting them and looking through our first rental in great falls we decided to give them a shot. I was pleasantly surprised through the whole process at how professional and available they always were. Anytime something at the house needed addressed they answered the phone on the first call and were immediately on top of it. They have been completely honest, up front and completely professional. I have been managing my own rental property and wanted to hire Full House as my first property manager so I was a bit clueless on how to get started with a smooth transition.Long story short, they told me they needed to see my current lease, I sent them my lease, then I got a rather blunt/harsh email saying that theyre not my lawyer, they dont have time to read my lease, and that I should go look for another PM.Even if I somehow misread what they meant, I was shocked by the lack of professionalism on their part and there are definitely better ways to tell a potential client that there is a misunderstanding and what they exactly need from him/her.I even let them know very straight forward that I was unhappy with how they responded, to give them that one last bit of doubt and they just ignored me.Bottom line: Client satisfaction is definitely not their top priority. STAY AWAY.

Full house is wonderful!!!! Colleen and her husband were great to work with, very friendly, fix things in a timely manner and make renting so simple! Ive already referred them to 4 people and will continue to do so. 5 stars every day

John and Colleen at Full House Property Management were wonderful! They went above and beyond to allow us to see properties after hours. We rented a home for two years thru Full House Property Management. If anything needed to be fixed it was addressed promptly, and we loved the online payment option and email reminders to pay rent. Ive been in association with this company since Oct. 2014, and I have never had a more enjoyable interaction with a property management company. During this time, I have gone through stressful life events, but Ms. Colleen and Mr. John have always been flexible and available to meet my housing needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone, but especially to PCSing military personnel.

I own a rental house here in Great Falls and dealt with two other companies for property management before Jon and Colleen Downham opened Full House Property Management LLC. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.Some people think the management company decides what can and will be done with repairs etc with a property; the owner of the properties make that decision unless action is required or prohibited by law. I have asked to be notified if there are complaints or repairs needed by the tenants so that I can decide how it will be handled. I can rely on them to advise me on laws for Montana or companies I can use if need be. Colleen and Jon make sure the tenant issues are handled quickly and efficiently.My property has always had good tenants with very low vacancy. My tenants are happy and I am very happy with Full House Property Management LLC. I know my property and tenants are being taken care of .and I intend to continue my business relationship with Jon and Colleen Downham

These 2 helped us find a place even though we didnt have the best credit. They were very caring and always reply back very quickly. They have gone above and beyond what they had to and even helped me with a scammer on Craigslist! We move into the place soon and i cant wait and wouldnt want to deal with anyone else! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a place to rent! They are the very best!

I cannot believe the level of professionalism John and Colleen Downham have. I rented from them several times and always had a great experience .. Anytime I had an issue with the property I was renting they had someone over the same day to fix the issue. They go above and beyond to make sure their tenants are taken care of. Full house property Mangangement is top of the line service!

The primary managers of this company are more than useless. We had a number of issues with our property that were not sorted over out entire tennancy. Not only this but they hold a complete double standard when it came to cleaning. The place was filthy when we moved in and when we left it in a respectible state when we moved out they forced us to pay for a cleaing crew when the same was mot done for us.Horrible Service and I would never reccomend going with them.

Homeowners run. I hired them to manage my rental property because I lived out of state. They were pretty lazy overall, but my biggest issue with them was the way i was treated. I know another family who had the same experience and has now switched companies as well. They are rude, rude, unprofessional people who get very defensive out of nowhere. I also just had to resolve a tax issue with the IRS because they filed thier taxes wrong.

We had an awesome experience renting from Full House Property Management in Great Falls, MT. Maintenance requests were always handled quickly and efficiently. They were great to work with, we would rent through them again in a heartbeat.
