Went in and the last time I was there they accidentally broke off one of my lug bolts and didnt let us know.

Fast decent prices, went to lunch and they were done

Depending upon the time you get there, is how great of service and efficiency.Early morning, as in first couple customers after opening. Its great...Later in day. Might see a 2 hr wait

I was the only vehicle in the bay when they started. Dropped my truck off at 5:45, 7:30 I head to pick my vehicle up. They hadnt even finished the oil change yet. Still needed the tires rotated. Terrible service. Go somewhere else because I know I will.

3 hours and 45 minutes wait time for an oil change and tire rotation... thats on the extreme side for this service... when there was only one vehicle there before me when i arrived... i talked to the mgr. with no explanation about why it took so long... just looked at me with a blank look...

Had the tires I needed in stock, great price. Great customer service.

Great place to get your car serviced! I used to work here, they take pride in their work! 4/5 as they didnt grease my cars fittings.

3 hour wait just get a tire placed on a rim. Shouldnt tell people a time frame because I was told by the service manager that it would only be 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours of a wait time.

Great Bend,KS, Auto Care center wait time was four hours. They are slow.. never going back...

Not hard to get a tire here, but if you want it mounted show up as soon as they open other wise they will tell you to wait and see if they can get you in and when you go back the wait is even longer.

Had a problem with my tires. They made it right. Went above and beyond what i was expecting. Thanks guys!

This place is worthless and disrespectful. Almost 5 hours because they forgot us and people called in. If thats the case, why did at least a dozen cars get finished before ours got touched when those dozen cars showed up after we did?

Waited 20+ minutes while the older gentleman, who is is suppose to be checking cars in, just stood there talking and laughing with one person. I was the first in line of 5 cars (and growing) and there was no effort to provide any customer service.It was not until I had enough and was getting out of there that he tried to flag me down to help.Too little too late bud. Little more effort next time.

Worst possible service imaginable! 3 hours for a oil change and tire rotation.

Apparently understaffed 4 and a 1/2 hours to patch a tire

Even when shown that I have road hazard on tires, it was not honored. Treated me horrible!

Took 4 hours to change 4 ties when I was told it wold take 45 minutes to an 1 hour and there was only two cars

Long wait times for oil change and toes.

Long wait just to get anyone to the counter. 2-1/2 hour wait for two tires, then charged for disposal of 4 tires instead of two. Not a good experience.

Home of the two hour oil change. There was literally only 2 vehicles in for oil changes. Another customer and I waited 2 hours to get our oil changed. Ridiculously slow.
