Only have gone a few times, but Im always amazed at the service that is satisfactory and professional. Kind staff help out directly at the counter when possible/ applicable and are very chill. Great deals on products as well in my opinion.

Great as usual every time I get a laptop even if not from there I still go there always to have more ram put in or another hard drive or a ssd put in or get stuff looked at repaired and upgraded.

Fantastic people here! I was having an issue with my laptop connecting to WIFI. I was greeted at the door. I Explained the issue and he had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. Good as new. They also have used computers, equipment and cellphones for sale. Will come back for my computing needs.

Chase Bauer is a very serious man but a good one and he runs a good business. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and very helpful if you ask the right questions. I would highly recommend paying his store a visit you may just run across some much needed help with that cracked smartphone screen or a fix for that virus that has plagued your home computer for the past 6 months. Check it out, you wont regret the decision.

I have brought my cellphone, PCs, and even my daughter’s tablet in with various issues from bad batteries to hard drives crashing to “I don’t know what happened but it’s not working”. I have also bought plenty of computers and equipment over the years from here. Never have I been disappointed! Very sweet and extremely patient with answering my questions. Also very fair pricing, just wish I lived local so I wouldn’t have to schlep to GB.

So far I have been very pleasantly surprised with how well the laptop I purchased has worked. I received a very good used product and had a very good time at the store. Clerk was very helpful. I recommend to anyone.

A very good place to buy your computer and related equipment. I especially like their computer expretise and savy. Personal service and trouble shooting is his strong suite. Bauer Computers is my first call for all things computer related.

Im not the most tech savvy person...in fact Im seriously coming in last place...lol...but no worries. Bauer Computers has been super helpful and friendly with all my computer, printer and ink needs. Very happy to have a locally owned company that understands us dinosaur world people!!

I took 2 computers to Chase last year due to slow and glitching issues. This week, my regular computer will not do anything because it is saying that my software is expired. I tried the other computer, that has not been used once this year, and the software is also expired. My company bought the software, and nobody else within the company is having a software expiration issue with their computer. I have called Bauer Computer 3 times today(9:00, lunch and 4:00) and left messages with no return call. I have wasted the entire day waiting on just a simple answer......Did you take off the software that we purchased and install a different key? I do not have the original key and will need to repurchase which is extremely frustrating and expensive. Therefore, I do not want to repurchase if it is actually a different issue. A very simple........answer your messages.....!!! would be SUPER helpful. I also noticed that other software was deleted and I was fortunate enough to be able to recover those by working numerous hours with outside companies. I am not in charge of the key and that is what makes it more difficult to reinstall software.This was not the day for my computer to have an expired Excel & Word. Super frustrated and quite agitated at the LACK of respect for other peoples business.For anyone thinking that they are just getting a cleaning beware. You are probably having your computer wiped and things reinstalled. I just wasnt computer savvy enough to recognize the switch.

I called them twice and I was never returned the call so I gave them to and actually Im taking one away and he only gets one

Very helpful staff!! Couldnt find Quickbooks anywhere in town, went out on a limb and called them to see if they happened to have it, I didnt realize they had computer programs in there. They had it!! Stopped in and bought it, the staff were very helpful and polite!! Will definitely go to them first for my computer needs!!

Another over priced computer store that charges way to much for their services hoping for people that arent technology savy to walk in so they can over charge, charge for things they dont need, ect.Snotty nose up employees owners. Walked in with a simple question and asked for advice. All I got were stares and just I dont know I could go on and on, I expected it, but just not that bad.Just a bad experience Id rather make the drive to nearest geek squad/Best Buy . Weirdos
