I booked an online appt., drove 45 miles, arrived early and it was cancelled a few minutes before I checked in. The girl said she was the only one working for the next 3 days and she didn’t have time to cut my hair. Completely irresponsible to give all your staff off at the same time. This was an expensive no cut trip. 😡

I got a really good haircut here! And I even got in a little earlier than I scheduled it.

I went in to get a basic fade didn’t get what I asked for, and she destroyed my hair line in the back and decided not to say anything about it. Will not be returning.

Im changing my review because. After getting home and trying to style my hair it just wasnt right. I was told to use a flat iron but that just makes it curl too much and blow drying it makes me look like I have mushroom head.

3 times I have taken my boys in to get a haircut. And was told it would be 2+ hours to wait. Took them today at 4:35 and was told it would be 6:30. Even tho both employees there were not working. Apparently Smart Style is by appointment only now. Will never be going back after the POS employee yelled at me that I need to make an appointment.

Did not have to wait, my stylist Jake was ready for my appointment -she was attentive to my hair concerns answering all questions I had. I walked out with a great cut hair feeling and looking healthier than when I walked in. Thank you Jake!

Traveling on business and needed a quick haircut. Place said it was open until 9, like any usual Walmart hair shop.Asked for a haircut and she said Umm... then asked the other gal if she was done for the day. Telling me she could set something up for tomorrow.Doesnt work I will spend my money elsewhere. Terrible in customer service

Tried to get a haircut last week was told they didnt have time tried to get a haircut today one person was cutting hair two people were doing nothing and told me that I would have to wait looks to me like nobody wants to work there if it if it was anybody else I would say dont use these people theyre lazy

The perm was good, but the haircut looks pretty bad. Had to go spend 15 bucks after spending 50 at Walmart 🤦🏽‍♂️

Made an appointment online at 2pm for 3:30 and was called 15 minutes before and was told they couldnt cut my hair today because their computer system double booked and I should call in next time because the online system doesnt work correctly.
