The ladies who clean my house clean with purpose. I tried another service first. The cleaners wandered aimlessly around the house doing a little here and a little there. I was SO glad when Molly Maids came. Dependable, on time, thorough. I will never use anyone else.

Genesis and Maria B. are our current team. They arrive with a smile, do an amazing job, and I so look forward to them coming each month. Just so you know, depending on the schedule, an extra person may be added to the team is the workload is increased for a particular day.The office team is great. They worked with me on a schedule that worked for my family. I can reach them by phone or email when we need to make updates to our scheduled cleanings. They work with us on a scheduled time that meets our needs. Reminder calls and emails are sent, and I ma contacted when we need to make adjustments to the schedule for holidays.The cost is reasonable and the office team works with you on the best schedule to meet your budget.

This company is fantastic! I received a phone call from THEM letting me know that I had a problem with the check I wrote. I miswrote the amount for Molly Maid and my bank deposited 10x the amount I normally pay to the Molly Maid bank account. When I returned the call from Molly Maid, they were so understanding and helpful. Dan had a refund check in the mail within a few days so the money could go back into my account. If Molly Maid hadnt contacted me, I would have been surprised by the missing money and would have needed to figure out why and where the large amount was taken out. Molly maid of Northern Lake County has been doing our home cleaning since I think 2004... They are all wonderful and do fantastic work. Everything is clean and organized. We look forward to their arrival every month. When I have company from out of town coming or something like that I always ask them to do an additional cleaning and bed changes and never ever had a problem. They answer their phones and respond to emails in a very timely manner. Julie and Dan have always been great and same with everyone else. We love the fact that the same team comes because they know where everything is. They are super trustworthy. I have referred them to several friends and family members and I will continue to do so. We used Molly Maid and requested a “deep cleaning” as we were preparing for an Opening house. Three people came to clean and prior to leaving I asked them to clean floorboards and dust a couple shelves that didn’t appear touched. Upon leaving the crew tried to charge me almost double the quote. After they left I discovered several areas that were not cleaned (dusting pictures in wall, vacuuming behind things, wiping cabinets, cleaning bathroom counter around sink, etc.). I called and the manager offered to send the crew back which I declined since there wasn’t time prior to the Open House, therefore he gave me a discounted rate and refunded me some money. Was hoping I could use them as our regular cleaning company but that won’t be the case.

Very responsive, great work, careful with my home, acting with caution during COVID. Great service.

I have been using Molly Maid for the past 6 years. The office staff and the cleaning staff are the best. Erika R. and Ofelia are very professional and it shows in the quality of their work. I will be retiring in a couple of year and returning back home out west. Erika and Ofelia havent been told yet, but I am taking them with me!

Our Molly Maid team, Esmerelda and Blanca, do a great job on their bi-weekly cleanings. We have an 11-year old son and 2 dogs, and they do a great job on the messy house. It is so nice to not have to worry about cleaning the house on the weekends, and their professional care allow us to enjoy more of the weekend as a family.

Our business has really enjoyed having Soledad & Yulissa as part of our team! They always come in with a smile and ready to work! They make conversation with us while they clean (which I really like). They are also very polite. When they see someone on the phone they make sure to turn their vacuum off so we can hear the other person on the phone. The Molly Maid is a life saver! I look forward to the fresh smell in the air after the ladies have finished cleaning. I really like that the dust and cat hairs are GONE! I really like that the floors are washed or vacuumed! And I like most that I didnt have to do the work myself. I can use my time to do other things or chill out! I have used Molly Maids for a number of years now and have always found their work to be of a very high standard. The team are always pleasant and polite and take great care of my home. On one occasion when I had a flood in my laundry room while they were there, they went above and beyond anything I could have expected and mopped the mess up quickly and efficiently, saving the water from penetrating to the basement below. They helped me find the way to turn the water off and by doing so saved us a lot of damage.They then went on and finished cleaning the house as usual! I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

The ladies they sent were the most warm, friendly, and professional people you could possibly ask for. I appreciated that the same maids came every week. Sometimes there would be an extra or different maid but the main one or two were always the same. I hadnt planned to continue the service after I had moved, but I like them so much I decided to sign up with the Molly Maid near my new home.

Their website says that they serve Southeast Wisconsin but they DO NOT. After filling out a request for a quote, they informed me that locations in SE Wisconsin are listed on their website because they will potentially serve there in the future (though they have been listed on the website for months). Wisconsinites: do not waste your time requesting quotes.

The ladies were very friendly, and I felt very comfortable having them in my home. They were incredibly hard workers. They did a fantastic job. I was very pleased with the way my house looked when they were done!
