This gym is awesome. No classes. No fluff. Just an awesome gym.

If your serious about the gym, a competitive athlete or just a weekend warrior, its the place to be. The staff is real and not fake nice. No contract (simple), priced well, real deal trainers that actually live that life. Bravo!

I was out of town and wanted a gym that would be accommodated my bodybuilder style workout. It’s Sunday at 9:30am and the drop in fee was $10 very reasonable. Equipment was spread out so your not on top of others...

The coaches are amazing and really care about your success. When I first came here, I was welcomed to the family of TFPers. The Swim center is right next to Jimmy Johns(which is a plus!). If you want to get fit and healthy quickly, then this is the place to go!

My boys love taking swimming lessons with Coach Michelle! The facility is clean and the pool is just the right size.

This place is the real deal. Caters to a wide range of athletes...young adults, seniors, kids, fit, unfit...everyone gets coached up. The coaches are passionate about what they do, which makes them knowledgeable and very good motivators. Both facilities are great as well.

Barebones and raw gym. If you’re looking for towels, fancy, luxury, look elsewhere. This is where you go to work, to be inspired and to focus. Gym is hardly ever packed. Has the essentials... Recommends 100%

Moved to Grayslake recently and knew right away The Fitness Pursuit was the gym for me. Good people, amazing selection of machines, and typically have no issue waiting for a machine to open up. Theyve also been great at following guidelines during Covid and I feel safe lifting here on a daily routine.

A great workout every time. In almost 3 years as a member we have never done the same workout twice. Its a great positive atmosphere for whatever your fitness goals are.

My 6 year daughter has taken swim lesson with coach Michelle. Prior to coming here, my daughter did not have any swim experience other than going down kiddy water slides. Each lesson has given her more confidence and new skills.There are two store fronts that TFP occupy. Swim lessons is right of Jimmy Johns.
