Of all the services we’ve needed to use throughout the process of buying a home, Mike is by far my favorite. He provides a detailed inspection report with pictures and a summary in less than 24 hrs. He also gives a free flag with an inspection. 5 star. Ive been a Realtor for 20+ years. Mike is my go-to guy for inspections in Northern Illinois. He used to be a fireman as well and uses that experience to also view a property from a fire safety standpoint. His reports are done electronically which makes things easier for Realtors, clients, and lawyers.
