I wanted to inform the parent company Famers Insurance and Farmers agent J Lapera of what a wonderful and comprehensive experience I have had with their employee Alanna Thompson. I have always been skeptical of service representatives. My senses have been heightened during the COVID – 19 pandemic, racial unrest, and economic instability. I have a long-standing relationship with Farmers as it relates to my homeowner’s insurance. I was contacted by Alanna regarding bundling my homeowners and car insurance which I pay both semi-annually. During this time, my mortgage was sold in the secondary market and coded incorrectly even. My mortgage servicer would not release payment even though funds were being escrowed for homeowner’s insurance and property taxes. Alanna was there with me through the entire ordeal and for that I am ever indebted to her. She was patient, personable and a springboard during my tyrants. In this fast-paced existence we call life we more than not overlook “customer service” but instead focus on quota and out-put and overlook humanity. During the worlds trying time it is a relief to know that there are people who still care. Alanna was there for me through resolution with my mortgage servicer and for that as well as the reasons listed above it is my privilege to have her as an agent but also a friend. I will continue to use Famers to assist in all my insurance needs and will discuss with Alanna other insurance offerings that can accommodate my needs as well as recommend Farmers/Alanna to my family, friends and acquaintances and inform them of the awesome service provided.

In the time Ive known Joe, Ive come to him with a wide variety of insurance questions. He has been very helpful when it comes to assessing risk and providing options. For your P&C needs you simply cannot do better than having Joe as your agent!
