My water heater went out on Monday so I called my home warranty company for an emergency because we had no water because we had to turn it off to keep it from spewing out the top of the water heater. They didnt seem to think not having water with 3 adults using bathrooms and 2 babies in cloth diapers and no water was an emergency. Well finally 26 hours later and 4:00 the next afternoon they finally gave me the name of this company but said they couldnt come out until Friday. I called and talked to Craig at 4pm to see if there was anyway he could help before Friday explaining my situation to him. He told me his guys worked 10 hour days but said he said he had a guy in Chicago Park he would call and see what he could do, but no guarantees. As I waited for him to get back to me by phone my son came and said the plumber is here.I was surprised on the best possible way. A young man named Don came on his way home just to make sure we wouldnt have to go another whole day without running water. This company and their employees have my sincerest gratitude. I thought I would be without water for a week. Don fixed the water heater so that it wouldnt spew water all over and got us running water for the night. They came today to replace my water heater. I am truly grateful to Don for stopping on his way home yesterday and to Craigs Plumbing for understanding that I couldnt go 5 days without water. I highly recommend them. They are wonderful!!!!!

I am so incredibly impressed withCRAIG JOHNSON PLUMBING!!!I called in hopes of an appointment In the next 7 days as I was going to be off work during that time. Craig, himself, took my call and assured me he would send someone out the same day! Not even 2 hours later, a team showed up, asked me a few questions, assesed the situation, determined the problem, and got right to work. Within the hour, they had cleared my drains and tested to make sure all the lines were open and free flowing. The representatives were efficient, professional and respectful. I called Craig Johnson plumbing after when my main water line sprung a leak, that was threatening to turn my front yard into a pond. Craig responded promptly, and even though they were jammed up, he sent one of his guys over quickly to assess the situation. The work was done professionally and quickly. The young man who did the work, Patrick, was super nice and polite, and explained what was going on at each step. I will definitely use them again.

I didnt know what was wrong with my water heater but they came by and diagnosed it as needing replacement. I told them I had to replace it myself because of money concerns. They said no problem and said if I had any questions about installing the new one to give them a call. I call that great customer service! Next time we have a plummimg problem we cant handle well call them for sure.

Had a .25/gal leak in my service line . Pat came out in the morning and after carefully removing the grass sod dug down to the previously localized leak. the leak was at least 3 - 4 feet down in muddy dirt and difficult to reach as it was under several other lines. Despite this he was able to replace the leaking union and a section of PVC. It took him almost all day during the time it was raining to get the area dug out and refilled. Despite being wet and covered in mud at the end of the job he remained all smiles and cheerful. Great (and difficult) job! Highly recommend them

Craig Johnson Plumbing installed a new water heater for us and did a great job at an honest price. The two young men doing the work were very professional and polite. They also made sure they cleaned everything up before leaving the job. I would highly recommend this company.

I have consistently had bad experiences with the people from this company. The customer service has been very poor and the people working here dont seam to care about helping customers fix issues if they arent strait forward and easy. They are very careless and seam to be completely unconcerned with helping to fix problems unless its easy. Dont go with this company. Support people who actually care about their customers rather than just the pay check.

My hot water heater sprung a leak on a Sunday night - by Monday afternoon, a new one was being installed. The gentleman installing it didnt want me to go another night without hot water, so he stayed late to finish it up for me. He also installed a drain to the outside, at my request, so the next time it goes my garage wont flood. First rate, thank you.

Called the office this morning to get a water filter installed under our kitchen sink. Ive been contemplating what to do since our water is treated from NID but has a weird taste. Casey arrived with filtration system and in less than hour our water tasted fantastic!! So impressed with response time, product and service.

The ceiling below was dripping water and I called ABT. They showed promptly but could not find a leak. Their guess was the fish tank might have leaked (it was bone dusty dry so doesnt wash), then charged me $85 and left.The next day I called Craig Johnson Plumbing and CRAIG JOHNSON PLUMBING went above and beyond to locate the leak, cut into the wall to inspect and did not charge a dime - said they wont charge until they find and fix the problem. Took ownership and standing by me. Use CRAIG JOHNSON PLUMBING! Professional, knoweldeable, friendy.

Cannot really rate the quality of service because they were a no-show after we made two appointments with them. They made no attempt to salvage the situation with a phone call or email contact, kind of strange for somebody that wants to be in business. Dont waste your time on this guy.

Our hot water heater died Tuesday night right before Thanksgiving.
