I live in Colfax and have been using bens services to pump out my black water tank on my rv. The service technician they send out is great but the office staff is shady. They are billing me 50.00 extra for a traveling fee that for months they havent charged me or mentioned. Make sure if you use them everything is explained, they offered no solutions or a place on thier website that broke down the charges.

They were supposed to pick up the toilets two days after our wedding. They sat for 2 1/2 weeks at the venue and the only thing that got them to pick them up once we were able to talk to someone was us threatening to take care of them ourselves and send them the bill. When we called to see what was going on multiple times they would put us on hold and never pick the phone back up. Awful service and experience. I wish I could give negative stars.

Field tech falsified service. When we contacted the company to correct our bill, they became combative and immediately marked our account as no service. Use them if you enjoy paying for awful customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. Steer clear.
