My salt cell went out on my pool. My home protection company had Doug Dottery come out. He was very knowledgeable and ordered the part. After testing my system he noticed my pool pump was running at less then 50% . Dianne at the office advocated for the right pump with home warranty. Doug came and did an awesome job installing both parts. Im very impressed with Waterworks and looking forward to enjoying our pool even more. Thank you.

I call him Magic Mike because he makes my pool look like a magical place. I like to keep up my pool year round because I just love to look at it. We bought our whole pump/filter system from Water Works and I rarely have to do anything but run the pumps. Mike sets up the seasonal programming and I get the leaves out (I like to do that because its therapeutic for me). On the occasion that I see a bit of green on the sides I just call Water Works and Magic Mike shows up and does the magical thing and poof its gone and my pool sparkles again.I highly recommend Water Works Pool Service. They are very nice and easy to work with and quick when its an algae emergency! If you would rather not deal with your pool at all they will be happy to provide regular maintenance for you. After all, not everyone thinks cleaning leaves out of a pool is therapeutic. :)

Mr Gallo and his family have taken over the care of my elderly mothers pool.The difference is night and day the water is absolutely beautiful. The young man comes by once a week and is there and gone in no time. My mother loves to chat with Vince and tells me its like having family take care of her pool. I would lilt to thank WATER WORKS POOL SERVICE and the GALLO FAMILY for doing a stellar job on the pool and being a big help to my mother!Thank you!

They have been cleaning our pool for several years and do a wonderful job, if Doug notices a leak or anything that needs attention we are notified right away. His prices are more then fair and he shows up every month right on time. We are very happy with the job we receive from Water Works Pool Service.Yana

TERRIBLE...JUST TERRIBLE...WATERWORKS AND DOUG DOTTERY CAME OUT TO SERVICE MY HOT TUB...BROKE IT...AND THEN REFUSED TO RETURN MY PHONE CALLS OR FIX MY TUB. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF...CHOOSE WATERWORKS OR DOUG DOTTERY..THEY WILL BE GLAD TO OBLIDGE YOU. I ONLY GAVE ONE STAR BECUSE THEY WONT LET YOU PUBLISH WITHOUT GIVING ONE..MY REAL REVIEW IS NEGATIVE 5 STARS.
