The various drivers for Grass Valley, are either very courteous, and put pkgs on the front or back porch. Or they are very lazy and wont drive up the driveway.(and we dont have a long driveway) Weve had several packages put at the bottom of the driveway, or Under the deck ! One of the packages were perishables..
Absolutely no consideration for masks or health concerns- half the staff not wearing one at all. They don’t seem to offer packaging services- so if you need tape etc. you’re buying an entire roll. And then they had the nerve to tell me that the items I packaged were too loose to ship inside after watching me pack it myself buying an individual box, a roll of bubble tape, and an entire roll of tape. This place sucks and I should have just gone to the post office.
Yesterday, I had already had a Fedex delivery scheduled to arrive and at the same time I had an online return which was also through Fedex that needed to ship, so I set the return package with shipping label and all ready to go, WITH a large enough to see paper taped to it saying Fedex Pickup. So the driver shows up later with my delivery but DELIBERATELY LEFT MY RETURN THERE. And I KNOW She/He SAW IT there. Strategically placed where it CANNOT be missed/over-looked. I figured since they were coming ANYWAYS it wouldnt be any added hassle or trouble to pick up my return shipment for me, RATHER THAN me having to walk SEVERAL MILES OUT IN THE HEAT to get this return to a Fedex location. I dont have ANY transportation, and my health isnt the greatest either. So now Im forced to have to trek up and down all these hills for several miles in the heat just to get this returned. UPS and the Postal Service will do it. A small-medium 3 or 4 lb package wouldnt have killed y all, been no extra hassle or time, wouldnt have taken up any notable extra space on the truck. Thanks a lot, Fedex!! I WILL most definitely remember this once I get my small business going which will necessitate a LONG TERM shipping account with someone. Things like this could make deciding who I decide to contract out my shipments with a MUCH EASIER decision.......
Im only giving 3 stars because of the location. Tiny parking lot that is usually full. A pain to get in and out of. Wonderful folks working there however. Very friendly and helpful. I just wish they would move to a bigger location.

They wouldnt help me with my package because their scanner wouldnt scan it...they wouldnt type the number in offered zero help
I have tried and tried to phone this office and by using the local number some guy I cant quite understand answers and he refuses to give me their local number. When I went to the office, they were rude and seemed angry, stressed or something that had me leaving angry, stressed and my problem totally not solved.I felt like I was bothering them trying to use them to send some packages so I went to UPS and it was really nice and easy and I left in a way better mood but still have unresolved issues with FedEx that will cost me 1000s of dollars but FEDEX DOES NOT CARE. Ive a lawyer on it because if I loose money Im going for FedExs throat.Would I recommend or ever use FedEx, again?Not on purpose.Just calling them is a pain because the computer literally argued with me and refused to let me talk to a human and when I finally got through it was even worse because some guy that spoke broken english answered the phone in another country when I dialed a local number for the office 7 miles up the road.Awful! They made something so simple into something extremely hard.Everyone from the call center in India to my local Fedex office here in Grass Valley actively went out of their way and sought to dig in their heel and do nothing about the shipping issues I am presently having.Its been a nightmare dealing with these incompetent, lazy customer reps(using that title loosely).I sit here several days later problem not at all solved.I guess Ill see you in court FedEx
There is a very small, close-quarters drop off room, with staff who are unwilling to wear masks despite request. Its unsafe for them and for the customers. Mask up to protect Grass Valley.
HORRIBLE SERVICE NEVER SHIP STUFF WITH FEDEZ
Very incompetent, dishonest and lazy. Last Wednesday our tracking said they attempted a delivery. We were home all day. No delivery and no tag left. We would have signed the tag for them to leave the package if we had it. The next day we went out of town for two days. They attempted to deliver our package twice. They left a tag saying they would keep it for two business days before sending it back. No problem, except when we went to pick it up Monday morning it had all ready been sent back. According to our tracking they sent it back on Friday and didnt keep it for the required 48 business hours.
Don’t ever ship or receive mail/packages from Fedex or this office. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered in with 2 day express shipping and it got so delayed and took so long that it’s already 2 days behind schedule and I STILL haven’t got it yet. I paid a lot of money for that shipping and was expecting it to arrive quick but I was wrong.Better to ship/receive from with UPS or USPS
I am going to start taking pictures of the Fed Ex Company that delivers packages to my home that is smashed...I am going to also catch on camera the landscaping they are tearing up at our home...I have called Fed Ex numerous times to complain...NOTHING EVER GETS DONE ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!!!! Here is the picture of the damage FED EX did while delivering our shipment...not only did they tear up the yard, they ruined the package contents...Mud tire marks 150 down the drive way...the driver backed up in the DITCH 20...then drove off....There is NO way that driver did not see the damaged box he dropped off...NO WAY. Walmart refunded the money for this item!!!
The staff is wonderful but shorthanded as always a long wait since its busy!

Bad experience. Drivers deliver at incoveniant times. Left rude door tags on my fence. When I tried to file a complaint, was met with excuses for the horrible service. Wouldnt recommend this hub for Fed Ex.
