This local business surely is a gem in Downtown Grass Valley. I took two phones for repairs (cracked display and glass battery cover). I received great service by James. He delivered as promised. The cost was excellent. I fully recommend Cracked Wireless Repairs when needed. They also have different accessories for all types of phones.

I started out with a really poor review because I came in on Friday and the store was closed. However I came in this Saturday and the store was closed but the owner was there. James went ahead and took the time to fix my screen while I waited about 35 or 40 minutes. He was patient and very kind. I’m not sure why the hours or so inconsistent, however I can say that did do a good job and they stand behind their work.

Repaired my screen perfectly no issues

I made an appointment online to get my daughters phone repaired. Despite getting 2 text message confirmations of my appointment and an email confirmation as well, when we got there the shop was empty and locked. The sign on the door said Open. For over half an hour, during a heatwave, we knocked and phoned and left messages. Three days later we still havent heard from the guy. Fortunately her phone is under warranty and has already been replaced by Squaretrade.

They seem to get overloaded easily. It took 45 minutes to take care of a pick up and pay after it was fixed. Sloooooooow service.Prices are great!The clerk was nice and friendly.No employees were wearing a mask and they didnt enforce customers to wear either.

Had my daughters phone screen replaced here in December. The screen no longer responds to touch. It only lasted a little over a month. I will bring it back in soon. Thank you for reaching out to me.

I walked to have screen cover replaced and was having problem with charging phone. James took the phone cleaned the charging port then installed new screen protector all in 15 minutes. Great job James.!

Hardly ever answers their phone. Filing system consists of post-it notes and they could rarely find records of our transactions. While waiting outside when they were late for an appointment someone drove by and told us to stay far away. Service was consistent with the above comments. Picked up the replacement screen we ordered for our phone and had someone else install it. found out that they had ordered the incorrect screen so it doesnt quite fit.

Update... When I got my phone back the camera would not focus, luckily they fixed that the same day. Now i realized my FaceTime camera wont work at all. I need to trade this phone in today for my new phone and now i may not get my 500$ credit. Not only did this leave my company with out a phone for 8 days now it may set me back hundreds of dollars.I would rather pay an extra 50 and get my phone back in time and work then save 50$ to get a broke phone back.Can someone contact me about getting my phone back. I dropped it off last week for a 2-3 hour repair and no one has been at the shop or answering the phone. I explained how its a business phone and needed back right away... not sure why no one called me to explain there would be a delay.

Just took my phone in to get the screen fixed expecting it to be extremely expensive. It was very affordable and he was able to get my phone fixed in the same day. Very nice guy and I can tell he works very hard. I highly recommend this place for quality and value!

I brought my phone in with a cracked screen and broken camera. The flashlight was the only thing that worked on the back camera. The lady at the front desk was really nice and told me that it would cost $160 for an aftermarket screen and $200 for the same stock screen that was originally on my phone (an iPhone XS). I chose the $200 option and waited for a call back from them (which never came). I went in before they closed that day and got my phone back. A day goes by, and the first thing I notice is that the flashlight no longer worked. The biggest problem was that the screen started showing signs of a broken or low quality LCD, a problem very common with cheap aftermarket screens (the option I didn’t pay for). And on top of all of that, the 3-D touch was completely broken, along with other color settings on my phone. All in all, I paid $200 and got ripped off with no way to get my money back because of their refund for “store credit only” policy.

I was very satisfied with the finished outcome of my IPhone 7 Plus, it looks brand new after completely shattering front and back screen.Reliable place for phone repair. Reasonable pricing, you can’t argue. & the customer service, really appreciated.Highly recommend this spot!

Mohamed was quick, insightful, and his work was quality! I had a cracked, was thinking of getting a new phone, but 5G is not in town and the prices were high. Now, after Mohamed did his work, my 6 is like a new phone. And I didn’t have the old phone transfer problems. When my wife saw my phone, she thought I had purchased a new one.Maybe I should take her phone to Mohamed, afterwards she will think she has a new phone!!!

A real family store. Being able to repair/restore technology is quite a skill indeed, their customer service is very compassionate and caring.

Great place. 90$ for a 190$ phone was amazing. Another store was trying to get 150$ which would’ve been pointless since that’s only 40$ less than what a new phone would’ve been. The screen works great and I would definitely recommend!

Showed up at opening time 11 AM and there was a line out the door and the place was closed waited for about an hour and nobody ever showed up and everyone in line left so I would not recommend this place they don’t seem to have their business together
