I came here to see if my power supply was bad. He told me that he was absolutely sure it was malware without scanning for it, or doing any sort of test on it. All he did was attempt to run a system update and tell me that my computer was very slow and it absolutely has malware on it. My partner suggested some things that we thought were wrong and he shut everything down saying that it was definitely malware. We sat there for an hour or so while he did a system update that I could have done at home and he charged me $60. He also said that they paid for their 5 star reviews. Whether that was a joke or not, I dont know, but you dont say that in front of customers. He also stated to someone on the phone that it was free to look at the computer, yet he charged me $60, wanted to charge 90 to keep it over night. I ran a test at home myself and there was no malware and it WAS the power supply that was bad.
